Fran and his team made what was a horrible and tragic accident, into a happier ending. While on our way to golf sunday morning, a family of deer jumped in front of us. Two missed us, but two ran directly into my passenger side fender and door. Air bags came out, glass was broken everywhere, but thankfully no one was hurt and the deer walked away. Our car was towed to FJS in lancaster ma. That Monday I went down and spoke with owner Franny, he was a consummate gentleman the entire time. Patiently he walked my wife and i threw the process of filing a claim, making sure the proper parts were paid for and that the paint matched upon completion. 5 business days later, we went to pick up the vehicle, and as cliche as it sounds, it looked better than new. No one hopes to be in an accident, but if you ever are or just need body work done to your car, this should be your first spot. Thank you for your all your help, its nice to see good people out there still exist.

The most honest and hard-working owner I’ve ever seen… all the cars I seen from there, including my own, and my sisters, are done extremely well and beyond any auto body shop I’ve ever dealt with… I will never go to any other place to get my car worked on. My nephews car was towed there after an accident. I called to find out how much the tower was and was met with. A nice woman on the phone and an angry man in the background yelling about how the car is a total loss and can not be moved from the lot. The woman needed to say nothing because the guy was screaming it. First, I didn't get the option to tow somewhere else. Second, this is a new experience for most people, so to act like an ass is so unprofessional. So, for the people who have no clue what to do, please ask questions and send your car to a place where people care and will answer your questions.
Just got a photo. Apparently, this is a total loss 🤣
Get you vehicles away from this place.
Calling city hall as well. What an unpleasant first experience.
Interesting when reading the reviews. My wife, who is Spanish, was speaking until I heard the man yelling when I entered the conversation. Read your reviews, people.

The most Rude and unprofessional service I have ever experienced in my life. The owner refused to release my vehicle Even though I had all my paperwork in order not sure what his problem is but it was clear I wasn't welcomed I'm guessing he doesn't like minorities.

Outstanding service. Took care of everything, gave us excellent information regarding working with the insurance company and went the extra mile to clean the deep stains in the paint to match the new work. 5 star service!

I wouldn't even give this place one star! My 20 year old swerved at a deer and hit a tree at 45 miles an hour, this place charged my 20 year old $635 for the tow. Whatever he could add extra he did, I contacted several surrounding tow places and was told he took advantage of us, the most it should have been was $300. Then he hugged me at the end to say Merry Christmas, gave me $50 back, what a creepo!!!

Outstanding service helped relieve a lot of stress & turned a terrible situation for me into something beautiful. The quality of work that comes out of this shop is incredible & I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else. Perfect paint color match & looks good as new, if not better! Hard to find people who take pride in their work anymore, but you will find them working at FJS auto.

When my daughter broke the rear window of our car, she took a picture to FJS Auto since it was close to see what she needed to do to get it fixed. Fran had her bring the car right around and cleaned out all the glass and collision wrapped it for her at no charge so she could get where she was going. Fran helped us through the process of getting the glass replaced and offered to have the glass company complete the process in his shop so he could make sure it was done right. Auto Body Service isn't something we hope to need again in the future, but if we do we would definitely have it done at FJS auto.
