“Oh no! I forgot to pickup my dry cleaning, they are closed today and I fly out tomorrow!! This was the situation in our house. It created an even more stressful situation given the entire airline troubles with the Crowdstrike outage. I sent a note using Messenger. I didn't expect they would be willing to come to the store and help me, but I am a big believer in if you don't ask, you don't get. Not only did they respond within two minutes, they were more than happy to drop by the store and remove a layer of stress. I know they are not always going to be available to address this type of situation. In this case, they were and I am super grateful. Thank you so much.”

This is the best laundromat in the area by far. The washers wash properly and the dryers actually dry your clothes. I regularly drive from Fitchburg/Leominster because I prefer this place. Great experience every time!”

“I have been doing my laundry here for about 10 years. The owner is wonderful. He is very helpful and responsive if there is an issue. I saw a washing machine break down on a patron and had to spend the time with a different machine and he gave the lady her money back. It is a very popular place so I try to to earlier in the morning to avoid the crowds.”
“There is a wonderful selection of yarn, and most importantly, Suzanne, Carol, and their team are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I recently joined a knitter’s club there, which is a wonderful way to continue learning, while enjoying the company of other knitters.”
“Best laundry mat around! Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful! I've always had a great experience coming here and when I forgot my clothes one time they folded them and put them away for another day to pick them up. Also they gave me dryer sheets when I needed a couple. Great customer service! Awesome place and I suggest to go here. :)”

“Great little laundromat with very friendly staff customers, and reasonable prices. My only complaint is that the staff shuts the front loading washers so they never dry out, which makes them (and my clothes) always smell a little musty.”
“I like it they have huge machines. Its clean at times. It does the job. I wish the had a tv to watch. Sometimes its busy you have to wait 30 minutes to an hour for a washer or dryer”

“My experience here was very good. Very clean work areas and machines were very clean as well. I only came across some detergent products that had ran out in the vending machines. However Im sure that's just from a busy laundry day. Will go there again!!!”

“I have been to this place a few times and never had any problems. They replaced a zipper for me on a hoodie and did a great job with that as well as the normal dry cleaning they do. The people who work there are friendly and do a good job getting the clothes cleaned up.”

“Best place to clean your clothes. State of the art machine and the most friendly staff you could ever meet. Easy parking and coins in the coin machine that never runs out. They also supply for a small cost laundry detergent. Very economical because of the size of the machine. They also offer laundry service wash and fold. I can’t say enough about this place so I had to give them FIVE ?!!!”

“Good small local laundromat!! The price of the machines is very reasonable compared to other laundromats in town and my clothes get clean and the dryers work good, and dry fast. It gets a little crowded during busy times like the weekend but if you go at the right time its not bad...”
“Star laundromat was fairly clean, large washers and dryers. Average price 9 to wash and 4 to dry. Only a couple of washers were not working. Not that busy on a Thursday night. Everyone there doing laundry was very nice and helpful. I had two comforters to wash that my regular washer and dryer at home was too small.”
