Excellent customer service. Initial inquiry was responded to within 30 minutes, coordinating arrangements were efficient and there was no sense of being nickel and dimed. We were kept up to date for when the unit would arrive and be picked up, all in timely manners. Will definitely use again/recommend to others.

Super easy and convenient, they even took care of getting the city permit to park the box on the street. Pickup/drop off was punctual and the reps were always in close communication about logistics.

Mi-Box of Central and Western MA was a pleasure to do business with. They were prompt and open about their quote process. Someone always answered the phone when I had questions. They were accurate with their quote. They delivered the box on time. The drivers were courteous and helpful, and did their job well. We were able to have the box picked up on the day we requested, which saved us money and was very convenient. I would highly recommend this company for your moving needs.
