My experience at the Ron Bouchard Kia dealership was excellent. They treated my needs with high professionalism and understanding. There were no pressure tactics just a non-hurried pleasant purchasing experience. Our sales associate Tyler was the best we’ve ever experienced. Would buy and recommend them any time.

Jackie was very caring and attentive to find me a car which I am completely happy with. She checked on me several days to make sure all my needs were met. I recommend Ron Bouchard Kia and especially Jackie.
I came back for my first service and Tyler was a rock star! Replaced one clip that was loose on my new Sorento(which I love).
Rotated tires and changed oil with a multipoint inspection.
I’m a very happy customer.
This is the third car I purchased at R Bouchard Kia.

The dealership is beautiful and comfortable. Selection of cars was great. The personnel is friendly and knowledgeable. I worked with Jacqui and she was super responsive and even came in to meet me on her off time to help make the process go faster.

I'd like to say from the moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted decently respectfully, all my questions were answered , it helped me to make a decision. Also my experience with one of the salespersons there named Jacqui which I put up on high standards and quality for the way she professionally and kindly dealt with my needs to find a vehicle that would fit all of us here at home. She along with the Kia staff and met all my expectations in the experience I look to have. Thank you.

Wife and I got Kia Sorento Hybrid from these guys back in July. The staff was friendly enough initially but we ultimately had a pretty bad customer service experience that was underwhelming and quite disappointing. Here's the run down on our pros and cons.
Pros:
1. We got our car.
Cons:
1. No communication.
2. No thoroughness. Their team Completely bungled the registration process and delayed us receiving the car a week.
3. Lack of accountability. The delay wasn't a huge problem, but the fact that they knew they messed up the registration process and didn't send our paperwork to the RMV promptly, as they had told us they would, then proceeded to not inform us of their own mistakes until we called back days after was what really angered us.
4. Lack of attentiveness. Even after we had provided the necessary documents, they didn't send it off promptly for us to receive the car on the expected date, which the sales people and management had told us was totally possible at the time of sale.
5. No integrity. Never stood by their mistakes, never owned up to it.
6. Minimal and lackluster customer service. When pushed on responsibility and accountability, as well as the wasted time on BOTH our ends, they threw in a set of rubber mats (should we be overwhelmed with joy?).
7. Complete lack of follow through on service/customer experience. Trying to get the promised rubber mats has been a nightmare (we not not received them).
a. Rubber mats were promised on 7/13.
b. Rubber mats never arrived when the car was delivered.
c. When we called about the rubber mats, they had never
processed it with their parts department.
d. We messaged our sales rep multiple times during July and
August to see when we can expect to see the mats. Never
received a tracking number, a concrete time for arrival, just: "I
sent in the request, it should arrive soon."
e. We received the mats on 8/30 but they were for Kia Sportage
Hybrid, not Kia Sorento Hybrid.
f. When we walked in the next day to get it replaced, we were
told that mats were not available and that they'd have to
order it. When asked about tracking information the person
'helping' us out told us it was "up to the sales person" to send
us the tracking information.
g. My wife had to go pick up the mats. When she got there, she was told that they were going to send it but the box "got rejected." So you can add lying to their list of offenses.
I understood that shopping for cars these days were a complete pain but this really takes it to a new level. These guys really underwhelmed us with their minimal effort and made us feel like they were just going through the motions and have definitely left a sour taste in our mouth when it comes to this dealership. Their manager told us that by purchasing from Ron Bouchard, we'd get the best care and customer experience and that we'd be part of a family. Not sure if he and I have the same idea of family.
What an utter disappointment.

New customer due to location and not happy with previous dealership. Welcoming intake attendant (Marcos), provided details on what was going to be done and recommended services. Car was ready within time provided. Worked remotely in clean waiting area. Overall, great first impression. Thank you!

So far experience not great.with Kia service dept. First time dropping off and kept my car overnight without calling me at all! Next morning go to kia and 1 out of the 2 simple things they had to fix they didn't even do till we got there. They never needed my car that long at all. 2 hrs would have been more than enough time. 2 nd time bringing my car there was for the window .it would go up on its own and the motor would start running randomly. They had my car for 2 days and said they can't fix it because they don't see it happening.. so me and my husband go there to get the car and have one of the service people come with us over to the car and it took all of maybe 2 seconds for my husband to get it to go up on its own. I don't know if they are incompetent or lazy or inexperienced but something's not right. What's the point of buying the extended warranty if the people I have to bring the car to to be fixed don't know what they are doing... I don't know. Hope it changes... Nice people but poor service. The sales department (people) were and are very helpful!!! They don't pester you like other car salesmen. They were really cool and friendly and laid back. Hopefully it's just these 2 bad experiences and I hate being negativebut I haven't seen anything like it before.
