I have been buying my cars from Ron Bouchard for more then 20 years. All the employees are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
I have purchased my last 3 Honda CRV's from Michelle Kennedy. She is pleasure to work. She is always willing to go out of her way to find exactly what you are looking for, if there is nothing available she will keep looking. She will give you other suggestions that you may not have considered. Michelle knows her stuff! Lethzzy was our sales lady and we were her first deal as she had just been there for a week (she has many years of experience tho) and everything went great with her! Very pleased with her customer service and how she went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend going to see her!

The dealership staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I had a third-party service contract, and the service guy deftly jumped through the hoops to maximize my benefit. My only complaint is that they took 1.5 hours to get me the estimate and 2.5 hours to complete the work. They are lovely people, but no one wants to spend 4 hours at a dealership. If they had better set my expectations, I would have arranged a ride or rented a car. I would go back if I wanted to pay dealership prices.

Went in to get a quote for a new ignition key. Was immediately greeted by Sebastian and explained my situation; he wrote down my VIN and came back in less than 5 minutes with a printed quote including parts, cutting and programming new key, including tax. Sebastian was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. He instilled trust and confidence that everything was all set to move forward. Made an appointment for next day and was so excited to be finished in 45 mins. My sincere thanks to you all for an excellent experience. You deserve my highest accolades.

The person at the desk who helped me was very nice and I was grateful to have the work done. When I got in my car after it was finished, the inside of the car reeked of gasoline and it still does. There's no reason for it to smell like gasoline I don't know where that is coming from. Also items I had in the back seat were in the front seat there was no need for anybody to even be in the backseat. I had an oil change and the fluids were supposed to be topped off but the windshield wiper fluid is half filled. I haven't checked the other fluids yet. Hopefully, the oil was changed.
