“Made an appointment for a Wednesday morning, they got the car right in, called and gave me an estimate for wheel bearing and brakes about 45 minutes later. They also provided info about other things the car might need in the future so I could decide if the repair was worth it and that it was too involved to be all done that day. Told them I needed the car for the weekend and had it back by the afternoon on Friday. Great communication, clearly take pride in their work and use quality parts.”
“I just recently moved to Fitchburg and, of course, in the middle of our move my car decided to start making this god-awful noise when stopping in traffic. I called A&P because the ratings and reviews were really good and after my experience, I can add my voice to those reviews. They were able to get me in the very next day and told me they would let me know the cost before any work was done. They also promised to try and get my car back to me before the end of the day. They delivered in every way and I’m happy to consider A&P my go-to mechanic when my car becomes angry again. :)”

“I have been coming to Kraft for a few years now and have never had anything less than a stellar experience here. Due my own timing issue, I had to recently get my tires replaced elsewhere and they pushed hard to have me replace my brake pads too. The guys at Kraft saved me about a grand when they took a look and said I still had life left on the pads. They are always incredibly honest and at this point I trust no one else!”

“In and out for my inspection sticker before I could even finish my coffee! They are so friendly and very honest. When I went to go get my sticker last year, they told me what I needed and I knew everything that I needed and they were right on point. A lot of females go to a mechanic shop not knowing anything about cars...it's very easy to be taken advantage of. They didn't know that I used to work for Midas, so for them to be so completely honest about the work that I needed done, meant a lot to me. I recommend for everybody to go there for Mechanical needs/stickers.”

“I have a new driver in the family, several people had told them that it sounded like they needed new brakes. I made the appointment without checking myself. Dropped the car off, received a call from them that the brakes were fine, they could do something to try to smoothe them out for $90 which might stop the noise (or not), but functionally the brakes were fine. Very honest people there, no charge, didn't try to talk me into something unnecessary or take advantage of the situation. I've only gone there for inspections prior to this. The last time with the same vehicle, there was a tail light out, $17 to replace immediately so it could pass inspection. Perfect!”

Not only do they consistently provide great, fast service every time I've visited, but the technicians are also just so kind and really go above and beyond to help. For instance, I work nearby and discovered one day when I got to work that I had a deflating tire - Paul fit me in for last-minute tire repair and even came to my workplace to fill the tire with air and help get the car to the shop. I've never once felt pressured by them to get certain services done; they really just shoot straight with you and want to help. As someone whose knowledge of cars is admittedly very low, haha, I really appreciate having a shop to go to where I trust their advice and know I'm not getting taken advantage of.”

They got me into a bay immediately, repaired my tire and got me out within 30 minutes. The gentleman hooked me up, which he didn't have to do but I greatly appreciated it. Fast and friendly service, would recommend.”

“TRUCKERS!! This is a tire warehouse. If you're here delivering expect to be here at least 2.5 hours. Anything after 2hrs should be detention. In the mean time get some rest, go for a walk, or clean that truck out! The crew at this location are great. They will get you out as fast as they can, FACTZ!! Just remember when you book any tire load or your dispatcher sends you a tire load give yourself a few hours , plan something to do other than sit in the drivers seat letting your anxiety take over you because your worried about something you have no control of.
