I needed to quickly schedule a TDAP vaccination so that I can see my newest grandchild in the next couple weeks. I was able to schedule a vaccination time quickly. The technician and the pharmacist were accommodating, Kind and very professional. The ease of the whole process Was great! I highly recommend them.

My new favorite local pharmacy. Staff is always super pleasant and helpful. Even when I feel like I'm asking way too many questions. Have helped me get my prescriptions cheaper multiple times. Will continue to go here for all my prescription needs.

Spoke with Jim the pharmacy technician and boy was he nasty. I called at 11:30 am and asked for a pharmacist and he refused he was very condescending, lacked empathy and professionalism I will be taking my business elsewhere

The CVS at Target staff in Lanesboro MA. Is the BEST A #1 in Customer Service and all round interaction.
I have 2 other CVS closer to my home and I purposely travel to Target/Lanesboro CVS to fill prescriptions and get our non prescription needs.

Always pleasant and very professional. Jim who is the assistant to the pharmacist is quick … very caring and makes sure you understand everything about the prescription. He is very kind.

I give the PHARMACISTS themselves 5 STARS. There is a team (1 woman and 1 man) of 2 people who work there almost every day and they are FANTASTIC!! They have a GOOD ATTITUDE and always go out of their way to help me out. My job requires me to pick up meds almost every day for people. If they were to leave I would be heartbroken. They truly make my job a little bit easier.The software they are forced to use I give ZERO STARS. People need to understand that 9 out of 10 times it's NOT the pharmacists fault your meds are not ready. It's THE INSURANCE COMPANIES, THE CRAPPY SOFTWARE THE CVS PHARMACY RUNS ON , THE FACT THAT NOBODY WANTS TO WORK AND THEY ARE SHORT STAFFED!!

Never ever go here. The pharmacy manager Peter is grossly incompetent and is single handedly responsible for giving sending me into what will at least be a full weekend of not being able to sleep, eat, or come down from the panic attack which has already started. Thanks Peter, I really really appreciate it.
