David and Angelo are a great team. The final outcome of my vehicle is great. Needed to return for some adjustments which they were more than willing to take care of. David and Angelo were very focused on my happiness and made sure I was happy. They appear to be a very busy shop, they do excellent work when done carefully. I know that mistakes can be made and a quality shop will make sure to accommodate when a customer is unhappy. The detailers did an amazing job with cleaning the interior, nothing was stolen or missing (sorry for even having to mention this as I have read other reviews claiming items were stolen). I feel the job was rushed, attention to detail of the final product could have saved myself as well as their shop a lot of time and aggravation, but I feel my concerns were validated and they took great care of my needs. The guys using the buffers need to be mindful of areas which have been vinyl wrapped or plastid dipped. Word of advice to owners. Make sure if you have any areas which have been wrapped or dipped, you let them know in advance so they can not hit them with the buffer.
Thank you A&M for making my Mazda look like new again..

From the moment my new to me car was taken from me for no fault of my own I felt like I was living a nightmare. A&M took such great care of me and my vehicle. They went above and beyond with each step they were taking to fix my vehicle and were all so polite and friendly. After one month I received the call that my car was ready for pick up. When I arrived and saw it it looked just like new. They did a phenomenal job. Highly recommend if anyone needs body work to go to A&M in Lawrence MA. To me it looks like they take pride in their work and you are not just another customer to get in the door, slap the pieces back together and out the door again. I am completely satisfied with their work. Thank you all for taking such great care of my car and being very upfront with everything you did. Highly recommend A+ times infinity

Geico recommended I use A&M Auto Body for auto repair and WOW ... I'm so happy I did! A&M Auto Body provided consistent communication from drop off to pick up, and their customer service is unparalleled. The repair work was outstanding, AND they did a deep clean on our entire car, inside and out! 💯🙌🌟

A&M did such a great job with my car. I am very impressed with the service. The shop was recommended by my insurance company and it made the process so easy and seamless. I liked how the shop would send me updates on the progress on the car and that it was on track within the given timeline. It ended up being finished two days early which was nice! They did a fantastic job in blending in the paint with the rest of the car. The car was washed and the inside vacuumed when it was picked up! Really great service here and would highly recommend!

I had my car fixed by A&M because my daughter recommended them after having used them twice onn2 different cars. They provided Amazing, timely work. Great customer service, they were patient and kind when answering my questions and kept me updated through calls and texts the whole way!
