Today I came to change a battery due to the warranty and for the simple reason that in this store if the supervisor is not there changes cannot be made. They told me to come back later so I returned the following week and it turns out that they did not They wanted to change it because the warranty had expired two days ago. I explained it to the supervisor and he told me that it was no longer his problem. I do not recommend this place at all. Don't waste your money.

I approached to change the batteries of the car control and I could not do it since they only sell the batteries, they do not install them, they only offer you a screwdriver so that you can try to open the control without your knowledge of that, to which I said No, I can't do it like that because that's why I came here because if I knew I would have bought it in any store, because doing so runs the risk of breaking the control and damaging it.

Bad service, I went to buy a battery for my car and didn't get any help.
Very bad service, they did not serve me. I went to buy a Battery and they did not serve me well, they did not give me service.

I went her to get the windshield wipers. They were awfully expensive. The person I dealt with even try to reduce them by getting a different but equal set. I don't think my car deserved the price of the windshield wipers. But otherwise the place is centrally located in Large Mall. It has plenty of pre-pocking. There are two roads abutting it. The services good. The owner is very nice.The storage self is very well organized. And it's reasonably comfortable. It has access for disabled. I think it deals more with commercial sales than non-commercial sales.

Joshua, from store number 6931 in Lawrence was very helpful and attentive to my needs. I came in during a busy time and he was super helpful in getting the parts I needed for my car. He was Such a pleasant person and had a great attitude. He makes a shopping experience more pleasant.

Been a customer for more than 4 years for this single location because of the customer service and knowledge. Have to admit some of then are new and don't really care that much about helping you but most of them are great and go above and beyond. The store is always organized and inventory is accurate when placing a order for pickup which I love. This location deserves a award tbh.

Says it closes by 9 on the site but I called and they said 5. My car battery died in the street 2 minutes from them, I got there at 4:45 to be in and out and the doors were locked.

I was in there earlier..I needed a new battery and AAA didn't have the one i needed for my car.. I have a Volkswagon Beetle..The nice guy at Advanced Auto in Lawrence was AWESOME.. I read the name on his shirt..it was Francisco..he was super nice..he took the old one out and out the new one in like under 10 minutes..I wanna THANK HIM for being so nice..in this crazy world we live in there isnt many nice people any more..
