Complete incompetence went to to buy a headlight for 2021 honda pilot there's several employees hanging around not one of them is doing anything asked if one can replace my the light for me and the short Hispanic one at the far end register said I don't have anyone that can replace it it's AutoZone it's what you're known for to help you replace simple Parts like that. Why hire incompetence when you can hire people that actually know what you're doing.

I visit these places for different car cleaning supplies, and things like that. Pure aesthetics. But this store in particular has great treatment from the staff that is there in the afternoons - night. I highly recommend visiting it, what they don't have they immediately look for solutions and/or alternatives... Ventura, the best.

Good place for parts if you needsomething quickSales staff are Fast, Nice, And know about parts and cars which is good because as a mechanic it's good to know im getting the your there's not enough sales staff so it can take a little while waiting in line before you get to the sales staff.**They usually only have a couple people working so it can take a while waiting in line be being taken care of.

I called to see if they could replace my battery. They said yes, I arrived in 5 minutes at 7pm and they told me to come back tomorrow because they couldn't do it today, as they close at 9pm , Poor service.
