I wanted to give a shout out to Alex Hoffman, he has been exceptionally helpful and customer service oriented! He always puts the needs of our company first and we appreciate the time he spends listening to our questions and training our team.

As always Alex and the Charm team are more than willing to help out with their expertise on any issues / training on the units, programming etc. There is a reason I have preferred charm for the last 10 years!
