Parking situation is terrible, which makes this location terrible!! ATM only works on a set schedule.. 8 AM to 8 PM. The ATM also is consistently having issues, sometimes it’s working other times it’s not. I love Chase and was extremely excited to see a location being brought to Lawrence.. there needs to be better management here and better work done. At the end of the day this is a bank and you guys have a reputation to uphold, and it’s not being upheld.

Bunch of people doing nothing, and says u need an appointment to open an account, too busy looking at their social media.

Was extremely rude and was ignoring me when I asked to use the bathroom and I’m 7 months pregnant I’ve never had a more horrible experience with a bank in my life
