Customers can also connect with Citizens online through its award-winning mobile app and customer contact center. Some customers have had positive experiences with the staff, who are helpful in opening new accounts. However, some ATMs may not work after bank hours, which can be inconvenient for customers who need to access their accounts outside of regular hours. Citizens aims to help customers bank better and manage their money.
I'm so happy with Mr. Kevin Lopez, and all of his fellow staff. They've always been considerate, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. First rate institution, as well.

ATM doesn't work if you try to access it after bank hours. Looks like their ATM server is always down. What's the point of choosing a bank closer to the area of acess if I have to drive to the other town's citizen bank ATM. Please fix the ATM.
