Zero stars! On three separate occasions they would not cash my payroll check that is drawn from Citizens. As soon as I tell them that I do not have an account with them they come up with some excuse to not cash my check. They said that they do not have enough cash and to go to another location. If a check is drawn from that bank then they need to cash it regardless if I have an account. If you do not have an account with them do not go here!

Went to the bank to deposit $80 handed the teller $100. He took forever to give me my $20 change back. Woke up the next day my account was negative it turn out the money was never deposited into my account. Check my online bank called citizens banal the money could not be trace. I had to make a claim in Oder to get my money back which could take up 2 12 days. Thank God they have cameras in there.

This branch is the worst of citizen bank. The atm been having problem never has cash and cannot deposit any cash either only checks now errors happens I understand. But it’s been over 3 month with this same problem. Made me drive 8 miles for no reason. You go to next town in Andover and it works great.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Miguelina Valenzuela. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I was cutting it fine for time and she knew that. She had me in and out of her branch with a new checking account in under 30 minutes. I cannot recommend her enough. She is definitely a great employee of citizens bank.

ATM Door doesn't work. Hasn't worked. Every damn weekend I have to drive to a different location to do a deposit solely due to the fact the door does not f'ng work
