I always feel comfortable bringing my car to be serviced by Honda. I never wait too long and am provided with the best care. Jaime as a service advisor does a great job at explaining everything so I understand and always provides me with the best options. I always leave confident that I bring my car to the right place to meet it's needs.

top notch service at commonwealth! i felt that the service department was well-managed and everyone i interacted with made me feel comfortable with trusting them with my vehicle. i had originally called Honda Nashua to discuss my issue (since they are closer to me) and the associate was rude and dismissive of my problem. i followed up by giving a call to Commonwealth and the conversation i had with the tech there was a night and day difference. we spent 20 minutes on the phone talking through the issue and concluding that it was something they could address. service was performed within 1 day and seems to have solved my issue. I felt like they were honest and communicative with me throughout the whole process, and just generally very friendly and professional. my father originally recommended these guys to me and he was spot on. I plan to exclusively bring my cars here in the future. thanks guys!

The last two times i was in for routine oil changes i was there for 4 hours both times, it was bad. So i have to say GREAT JOB! to the service department, greatly improved in the service time and quality. I had no appointment but they took my car and I was out in record time. They even repaired a recall that I hasn't aware of. Thank You!!

I just purchased a new car here. I stopped here right after a bad experience with another Honda dealer (NH seacoast area). I have to say I had a very good experience at Commonwealth. In the end all interactions were honest, straightforward and professional. All commitments were kept. Good inventory and competitive prices. Junior Veras (salesman) and his management team were very good to deal with.

Honda Commonwealth motors is The best dealer in New England! The process was smooth and fast and I was given a pretty much everything I wanted. The customer service was above and beyond ! Sales guy Junior Veras was excellent and will highly recommend him to anyone to go to him for your next car. My customer experience at Commonwealth was fantastic. From the greeting upon entry to the payment it was quick and professional which was much appreciated. My wife said the same thing today when we dropped her car off for service.

I recently went to commonwealth motors to get an oil change but my service technician was very well versed in what my car needed to be kept up to date and in mint condition! Michael was also very friendly and very understanding. I look forward to bringing my car back to him!

Commonwealth has been my place to go for my vehicle purchases and my vehicle maintenance since I bought my first vehicle from them in 2017!My advisor Tanya Sousa and Steve have always been so helpful with helping me out all the time! Especially letting me know when my vehicle needs certain things done. They’re by far the best around!! I’m so happy with their service and would always recommend them to friends and family.

I had an issue with my rear windshield on my HRV. Called the dealer that I bought it from to try to resolve the issue since it was a warranty/recall problem and they simply couldn’t accommodate the service along with a courtesy car/ rental (note that my car was bought there, it had only been serviced there and has less than 10k miles). So after pounding my head around for a few hours I decided to call commonwealth Honda to try to get the issue resolved. This was the best decision I made!!! From the moment I first spoke on the phone with Dwight (service tech) to the moment I picked up my car, the service was simply amazing. Dwight did an excellent job from start to finish including taking his time to explain how everything would work. He also personally took care of me when I went for the appointment the next day. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions and made sure that all my concerns were addressed. He even went out of his way to provide me with a rental that could work with my needs. Dwight kept me informed of everything that was going on every step of the way and was also the one to check me out and handle me the keys to my fixed vehicle. It’s rare to find this type of costumer service and attention to detail nowadays specially when it comes to such a high volume dealer like this. I will be coming back to this location for all my future service with out a doubt!

I sent this already but I was fully satisfied with your Honda crew. They are a trustworthy department. My go-to person is Buddy Bernard. He is efficient, very good attitude, always takes care of any issues with my vehicle. Please share my evaluation of him.He deserves employee recognition for all he does.Maybe a bonus would be a nice gesture on your part. Thank you Honda, thank you Buddy and the whole department. I would not recommend because of the lack of communication between saleswoman Jane and the service department. Shaun Berryman, the manager is also a loose cannon that cannot control his emotions. He said my time was not valuable and that I would either wait or go and he was going to do nothing about it. He also gave me his business card so I can make sure to spell his name correctly. This is not how you treat customers that just bought a $20K + vehicle. Second and last time buying from Honda/commonwealth. Shaun needs some training. You can tell it's a hostile work environment because neither Carmen, a sales manager or Jane the saleswoman wanted to approach Shaun about the issue. You can tell his ego gets in the way of the rest of the dealership from communicating when there is an issue. Jane also said they were suppose to get me right in and that I wasn't suppose to wait. Shaun's ego is way too big for that building, it's a safety and customer service hazard.
