issues with my car as it was making a strange grinding noise. Eric, my service advisor, went above and beyond, by test driving the car himself as the techs were not able to reproduce the problem. He heard the noise himself and was able to identify the problem. A big thank you to Eric for his professionalism and care for Kia's customers.

I had some recalls on my car and needed an oil change. I was easily able schedule my appointment and it all took less time than expected! Service was wonderful and I will absolutely be going back.

I have never had a bad experience at Commonwealth Kia of Lawrence Service. They’re always very up front about what I need and don’t need. On most visits (97%) I get the car back the same day, and I wait for it in their very clean and comfortable waiting area. Everyone is pleasant and courteous from start to finish. My car refuses to go anywhere else! Special thanks to Erick and Jesse!

Absolutely wonderful service. We had an issue with our telluride and our normal dealership was booking out months, as was 5 others around Boston. I called commonwealth and they took it in same day, fixed in not even two hours, and processed all the work under warranty. Amazing amazing amazing.

Really nothing great to say about my experience. I ended a lease and then went into a certified used vehicle. Got my monthly car payment barely under the preferred amount after they pretended to negotiate with me. Then I get an excise tax in the mail months later not only for the new vehicle (which I expected), but also for the vehicle I no longer had. I reached out to the manager about the issue and crickets…heard nothing back whatsoever. Car went in for service yesterday because it wouldn’t start. They saw the battery was low and charged it. Then lo and behold, the car wouldn’t start again the same day I got it back. Turns out, it needed a new battery altogether which it was still under warranty for. Talk about a lazy service department. Won’t ever go back to this dealer for anything period.

The salesman Ivan and head of sales Josh are great! Always very professional, kind, and respectful to their customers. The dealership is always clean, warm, and inviting. The service staff is friendly and does a great job.

Commonwealth Kia services. We just went today to get our 2016 Sorento looked at and were told two weeks out. We're LOYALTY customers. The two people there are new. If we keep getting denied for getting our vehicle looked at we'll be going elsewhere

My problem is that this is my third Kia that I have owned and the engine light is on at 71,000 miles. I bought my car at Pride. I am having problems with the camshaft and the service department at Pride cannot see me until November 13. I called Commonwealth Kia And they won't even look at my car because I didn't buy it from them. What happened to the days when you could get your car serviced at any at the dealership or any other dealership that sells the same kind of car! This is my third Kia and I will not be buying a fourth one! So upset at the service departments.

Very happy with the friendly and professional staff who helped me on the phone and in person. The waiting area was super clean and comfortable for all ages. They offered a shuttle service if I didn't want to wait. The job was done quickly and they even washed my car. Thank you!

I had an appointment at 8 am. The Kia associates took the car right in for an oil change and they changed my windshield wipers. They called me when the service was done around 9am. It was fast and painless.

Just recently went to Commonwealth Motors looking to buy used. Dennis and Xavier made the process so easy, and enjoyable. Xavier was very knowledgeable about Kias, after working for them for years, so I ended up going with a 2020 Kia Sportage that I am absolutely in love with. I went to look Tuesday evening and drove the car home Thursday, so very happy with how timely the process was as well. Xavier even offered to drive to us along the process, with us being almost an hour away from the dealership, to make things convenient. I could not recommend Commonwealth Motors enough to someone looking for a new or used car!
