A. My charging station in my VW Passat was not working. I went to the Commonwealth VW parts dept for a fuse. B. The parts employee wanted to see my fuse box. I brought him to my car. He was playing around with the fuses (I thought he knew what he was doing after all it's the dealership). C. He did not have the parts. D. After I put the car on in the parking lot the radio would not turn on. I went back inside. He misplaced a fuse but fixed it. The radio worked after. E. The horn after I left won't work. I called Commonwealth Motors to speak with a manager. I got shoved from voice mail to voicemail. No one contacted me back and honestly they should have solved the issue ASAP Verdes playing the voice mail game. I will never do any business ever at this dealership. Sneaky, unreliable, and unprofessional.

This dealership somehow took down my posting. I pray they stop harassing me with calls and mail pieces, after I was told I was no longer welcome as a customer (after 4 vehicles). Stay FAR AWAY!!!

Absolutely worst place to have your brand new 2020 car fixed!!! Insurance paid for my car to be fixed because of an accident that was not my fault. I trusted commonwealth collision to do the work because i thought they had a good reputation but i thought wrong!!!!! My car came back to me with damage that was not there when i dropped it off and they tried to cover it up with touch up paint and when i mentioned it to the so called manager he of course denied that the damage was their fault. I reached out to the owner 2 times and no call back!!!! My car is still damaged and they refuse to fix it!!! I would not recommend commonwealth to anyone ever!!!!

This is our go to place for buying a car! We just bought our 4th vehicle from them and every single time, they raise the bar. Bobby and his team know how to listen to the customer and don’t push their agendas. By far the easiest to deal with when buying a car. They really should change their shopusfirstandonlyshopus. 5stars!!

I recently financed a minivan at the Volkswagen office where the service was prompt, professional, and up front. I never felt pressured into buying a higher priced vehicle and was surprised at how willing and diligently the staff strove to meet MY needs and not their bottom line. Seth at the front desk was exceptionally professional and determined to get me the vehicle I needed at a price I could afford. I was not surprised by hidden fees and had ALL of my options laid out and was never felt pressured to go one way or another. Seth ensured that I was well informed about the decisions I was making throughout the entire process and was well supported by his surrounding staff. The entire team at Volkswagen made every accommodation possible to make this entire stressful process easy and reassuring, and that I was making good, informed decisions. I cant possibly be more grateful than I am. To Seth and everyone else at Commonwealth, thank you all for guiding and supporting me through this purchase! I will definitely be coming back for my next vehicle!

I purchased a car in April, I paid for the dealership to go to the registry and transfer the registration from my old car. I was told to come back to get the inspection sticker and detailing. It is 2 months later and I still have no registration, no inspection sticker and no return call from anyone at the dealership. I have been calling daily, I posted on the website and threatened to obtain an attorney and still no one calls me back. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. will not be going back don't shop them last or at all

Jordan Adames was very attentive and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the features in the vehicle I purchased. Larry,the finance rep was absolutely fantastic as well. Even with all the COVID-19 protocols in place, my car buying experience went very smooth. Thank you both very much.

My son just got out of the service and wanted to buy a new Chevy truck. We visited Commonwealth and made a deal pretty quick with the sales lady. Returned a few days later with the deposit and final payment and was notified that the truck will be ready in a day or two. Went to pick up the truck and all the paperwork on their end was not complete. We were told multiple times that the truck would be ready the following day. This went on for close to a wk. When we did finally get to pick up the truck the sales lady had attitude when handing my son the keys and paperwork. No one came out before we left to give him a overview of the truck he just purchased. Nice way to treat a Marine veteran Commonwealth! J.Mackey Burlington Ma.

"happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you...." 3 recorded robocalls from commonwealth motors this am within an hour with this message. Its not my birthday, I've never done business with them, and they didn't really seemed concerned when I called and asked them to stop spamming me.
