Staff is great, accommodating and patient. I was able to get the car I wanted at a reasonable price. I worked with Alejandra, who is awesome, and Danny in finance-also great! Will definitely be back for my next Nissan.

I recently bought a car here and afterwards filled out an honest review detailing my experience. In response, I got a very passive-aggressive text from the salesperson. Seriously, if they dont want honest feedback dont ask for it! As a result I do not feel comfortable or safe bringing my new car in for service and the whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Absolute amateur hour. With all of the options out there I highly suggest you go elsewhere. The manager there Tom and his staff have the worst communication I have ever experienced in my entire life. Hey go get this. I Go get this. Okay where is the the other thing? No one told me about a this . Oh we need this person here. I know this is vague but trust me when I tell you these people are absolutely clueless. I have been leasing cars for 20 years and never have I ever dealt with someone so ridiculously unprofessional. They don't communicate well whatsoever. I will find every review board I can because I wasted my one day off dealing with people who have no idea what it is to just let someone know what they need before they make a 90 minute round trip. Absolutely irate. Take a look at their rating. It is not just me. To put in even more perspective I left there and I am picking up my new Kia Saturday from Qurok Kia in Manchester (which the rep at the place I'm leaving the review for kept saying I would not get the options I wanted from them). Quirk called over phone and took a routing and account number, for my funds. All of this running around for nothing. it was insane how easy it was compared to amateur hour. Save yourself the headache. There is a reason they are two stars. On now to leave reviews on google and the BBB As a review BRIAN B listed below an absolute insulting experience. At one Point I asked for my check back so I could leave and rip it up and the GM Tommy says go ahead. That's it. Maybe good people are hard to come during these times but you lost my business and anyone else that will listen to me. Maybe they feel they get away with things they normally can't because of the car market, but everything comes full circle at some point. Judging by a lot of the reviews here they should change their slogan "Shop us NEVER"

I’ve spent the past year contemplating upgrading my 2018 Pathfinder and working with Rob on finding my dream car. Rob has been amazing to work with through the whole experience. Even thigh I wasn’t ready to commit a year ago to the upgrade, Rob was able to keep in contact and advise me throughout the year. When I came in this week ready to upgrade my car, Rob had all the information ready for me to make the best decision when purchasing a car for my family. I initially wanted a more expensive model, but after a few minutes of reviewing my must haves, he was able to recommend a different trim and SAVE me money! The process of completing the paperwork was seamless and I was in and out of the dealership quickly. The real cherry on top of my experience was when I was due to pick up my new car the day after completing my paperwork, Rob offered to drive the the car to my house as I was home with my young children during the day. This is the third car I’ve purchased from commonwealth and I highly recommend their dealership. Ask for Rob when buying a new car, he is the best!

Do not take a trip to this auto dealer. The most insulting and ridiculous car shopping experience I've ever had. I'm a young guy so I suppose they were just trying to fleece me but the pricing was a complete joke. Was asked for $5K+ down and $700+ per month on a LEASE for a mid sized truck. Not a fully loaded truck with all the bells and whistles, just a mid sized truck. A complete insult and took every ounce of me to not just laugh in their face and walk out. Went to another dealer and negotiated a fair price that I was happy with. This Nissan dealer and salesperson were awful

My car has 70,000 miles on it, I brought it in 10,000 miles ago asking for transmission fluid change and they advised me stating I did not need this service. I informed them that the the manual states to have transmission fluid change every 60,000. They assured me my car did not need this service. 10,000 miles later I am having faulty transmission issues. The tech states it could be due to poor fluid quality etc.. Now they are stating I need an entire new transmission for over $4,000. TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR REGULAR SERVICE.

They always go over what is to be done and then what was done. I’m not a car person so the double check in helps me!! I also lease and feel Pretty guided in that process as well. Knock on wood, I am half way through my second lease and I see myself staying for a 3rd!!

This is for the parts department... you all suck. I called this am and ask about a part they said had 4 in stock and I said ok I'm going to come by and pick 2 of them up he said ok no problem.. 2 hours later I show up and said picking up for *my company name* and the kid said I have nothing for them then some other guy comes out and butts in and says very ignorantly like a chauvinist piece of s**** u are probably in the wrong place I said this is commonwealth Nissan right.. and he says yea.. well we dont have anything for that company mind you still in his ingnorant tone. Instead of just saying well what are you looking for I'm sure we can help.. no he wants to as act like because I'm a female I'm stupid or something... I get that alot from some of these dealerships and parts stores I deal with.. I dont reccomend there parts department.... Anyway so I schooled him and gave him the part number and how many they had in stock at that location and how much list price was and I said oh ye a right because I'm in the wrong place and never spoke to anyone over here but happen to know exactly what u have..... everyone should use Kelly Nissan or colonial Nissan for parts. Very nice gentlemen that work at those locations

**Update on this review - Commonwealth has contacted me and is now assisting me with this issue** The communications has greatly improved** I am hoping this becomes a 5 star review and our trust reinstated. (Thank you Benny & David for the assistance) The wife and I have been customers of Commonwealth Nissan for 5 yrs, purchasing 2 new vehicles. We found out this week when going in for an oil change that there is an issue with her rack and pinion steering. The vehicle is 3 yrs old and the estimate to fix is appx 2300.00. I called and spoke to the service manager David after the wife came home and he advised me, "well you didn't take out an extended warranty so there is really nothing I can do". While I understand things break, I wanted more info on the issue as I really questioned something this major on a car still fairly new and that has an impeccable maintenance record. The customer service was less than adequate for loyal customers so I called back and spoke to Benny the Sales Manager. I explained our situation and wanted to confirm that there was nothing that could be done as we do trade her vehicle every 4 years and would remain a customer. He promised me that he would both check with David to see if he could get the price down and also call me back as soon as he had info. It has now been 3 days and no call back.

Never go to this dealer to buy a car. They are liars and they never like to sell affordable cars. They dont like to sell anything for what its really worth. They are not about satisfying the customers instead they are about satisfying themselves. Very greedy company. They like to push the leased vehicles too. Which is one of the worse situations you can get yourself into. Never go to this place to service a car either prices are ridiculous and that is the truth.

Not EV friendly. Place is a fortress when closed with no access to EV chargers.

My sales rep Jeffrey was great! We kept it real from the start. I was up front and honest about my needs and expectations. Jeffrey worked tirelessly to make sure to match it to the best of his abilities. Given the circumstances with covid putting delays on things Jeffery kept me informed every moment with every update. I am extremely pleased with the service provided .

Due to the pandemic, I did not realise reservations for car care were required. Even though I did not have a reservation your team were thoughtful and professional and made time to service my vehicle. I was happy to get done what I needed to get done, and look forward to seeing you again soon.
