The Bearded One is hands down one of the best Service Advisors I've ever met. He got me covered on my Atlas on a faulty water pump and ordered me a catalytic converter that is faulty as well. I had a 9:30 appointment and my car was not even in the garage until 11:30. Luckily the waiting room is very nice. All the work that was needed on my car was done and I was grateful for the excellent service.. I especially loved the complimentary. car wash. I also appreciated that I was updated by text messaging.
