Staff was friendly. I went to get coffee at 7 am on a Monday. The store is disgusting. The trash was full, and the counters were dirty with coffee and cream stains. Three clerks behind the counter just chatting it up instead of cleaning the store. Worse Cumberland I've been to, and I've been to many.

My experience with this place that my son worked for you and he was assaulted by a customer and he refrained from everything for as long as he could and he threw a paper cup with a soda towards the customer that whipped his phone out of his hand threatened him and a co-worker and my son In the coworker were terminated My son never had a warning not one not two not three but yet his final thing was termination He never got a warning He never did anything He worked overnight from 11:00 to 7:00 This company sucks You don't even protect your your workers He was being assaulted any accidentally hit the holdup alarm The police never showed up He was trying to call the Lawrence Police Department and they were trying to call the store so they couldn't get through Are you serious He hits the holdup button and Lawrence police don't even come they're trying to call so between Lawrence and Cumberland farms the store I mean the cops are one thing but you guys fired my sign because he was let me use your words aggressive toward a customer the customer who was attacking him and his coworker and then Cumberland farms fires my son ridiculous I should contact a lawyer because my son has rights and you guys are violating them

Cute petite girl cashed my tickets today and I’d go back there just to see her. She had a smile on, greeted me when I entered, was very polite. We need more people like her

Good luck making this a quick stop! Almost impossible when the staff are in slow-motion and the POS systems we're recycled from before the renovation's. Also don't bother thinking this is a 24/7 location like it's supposed to be they open when they feel like being open.#nobueno

I frequent this Cumberland farms every day to fuel up trucks for work, and I’m always happy to see Debbie my favorite attend it who is always anticipating my request for a receipt with a big smile and friendly attitude. She runs a tight store and keeps things moving fast.

I understand that they have staffing shortages, but if they’re going to have limited hours and “close at 11“ it’s not okay to turn me away at 10:40 with 2 miles to empty and just need you to press maybe two buttons to authorize the pump.Lazy. Sloppy. Do better.I’ll preface my next statement by saying that I actually love Cumberland farms. I love them as much as anyone can love a gas station/ convenience store chain.Let’s say I’ve been to 200 Cumberland farms locations. Of the 200 I would rate this store 189th/200.Cumbies score: D-P.s.—Cumberland farms… we don’t want your Mids anymore.. do better.—

Clerk/management in violation of ally's law which accommodates medical emergency to those with bowel problems if they can't get to another location in time. Dude threatened to call the cops on me if I had an accident in my pants when I begged and reasoned with him and told him about the state protected laws. Another person months ago had given me the bathroom key no problem for the same issue and I was able to relieve inflammation and apply medicine. This is not simply "I need to go #2" this is there might be blood and permanent damage to my lower intestines if I allow the inflammation to go on. I work Uber and I get lucky finding porta pottys and stuff but in the heat of the moment cumbys was close enough for me. Also there are no signs posted stating "bathrooms not available after (hours)" just word of mouth so it's most likely guy doesn't want to do his bathroom cleaning rounds mid and end of shift cuz every other cumbys bathroom is open.
