So I’m leaving a review just so no one else walks Into the store and has a rude awakening, but honestly, this needs to be brought up the chain of CVS because why did I come in to this location and the cashier didn’t speak a lick of English. Not to discriminate, but that’s a little lot of biased for the community to not be able to serve everyone that comes into the store. I don’t feel like I should’ve had to ask another shopper that spoke Spanish to translate to complete a transaction. Literally made me uncomfortable, and I decided not to even shop anymore. Staff was really sweet though so if you’re bilingual, have fun.

I've been coming here for a while and lately they've been giving me a hard time with my medication My Medicaid covers me completely and they say I have to pay out of pocket because the medication it's cover over the counter they refuse to give me my medication I don't have the funds but yet again I'm fully covered with my Medicaid

Worst pharmacy ever my son, Insurance changed, they changed us from Walgreen to cvs . it’s been a nightmare since they changed us to Cvs pharmacy they’re very rude.

I called and spoke with a woman in the pharmacy on December 14, 2024 at 10:11 AM. At the Lawrence location. The CVS in Tewksbury informed me that only CVS in Lawrence on Broadway Street had the medication that I desperately needed. I needed to speak to a live person in the Pharmacy as the prompts were not addressing the issue that I needed to require about. The woman who answered the phone was very impatient with me as I inquired about being sure her store did indeed have a supply as the Tewksbury CVS seen. As they checked the computer Lawrence were the only ones showing who had it in stock. This woman was snappy and was answering my questions with annoyance. I asked if they could correct their System so that other is needing the same medication as I would be saved from an unnecessary trip to Lawrence. I knew as soon as she answered by just her saying “hello” Angered sounding and not answering “Hello Pharmacy “ in a welcoming manner, that I should know better than ask to speak personally with the pharmacy. Merry Christmas lady at the Pharmacy. I hope your day gets better.

I just watched this place turn down to homeless people who obviously have a drug problem, but they deny them the right to buy syringes which entails creating and causing a higher spread of HIV and hepatitis see display should be ashamed. They came with money, and they were denied, and as soon as they walked out, they did not see me and realize that I was listening as a shed. Yeah, we don’t sell those people syringes. They should be ashamed.

I've had an awful experience with this pharmacy. My doctor put in for a prescription refill two days ago. So, my husband went to pickup the prescription inhaler assuming it would already be filled by today. The lady at the pharmacy said it would be filled in one hour. One hour?! I've never heard of it taking so long to fill a prescription that was ordered 2 days prior. Seriously, what is the hold up?! It seems like they only fill prescriptions once the patients have already arrived at the store ??♀️ They really need to take into consideration the fact that patients can't wait this long to have their medicine, especially when I have asthma with no inhaler and we have an air quality alert in the area ? I transferred my prescription to another pharmacy and they had it ready within 10 minutes! I'm never getting anything here ever again!

Today, I called CVS pharmacy to help my patient. They hang up 3 times on me and later I waited 9+ mins on the line with an answer. This is ridiculous. no costumer services at all.
