I went here on August 9 for a takeout order for the family. I tried paying with a gift card to which I was told that Dairy Queen gift cards are not accepted at this location. The clerk told me that the computer is not equipped to take them and that this was a new location. New location? I am 50 years old and have been coming to this location since I was a kid in Little League. My question is this. Why can I not use my gift card at any Dairy Queen location? Why if there is a sign on the front that says Dairy Queen, the product being sold is Dairy Queen, and the employees are wearing Dairy Queen shirts why can I not use my Dairy Queen gift card? I had reached out and sent a message to Dairy Queen prior to writing this review. Unfortunately they didn't feel the need to respond.

Hours on website are not accurate. Tuesday @5pm, they are not open. They weren’t open on Sunday either. Please correct hours or post that this location has closed

Look it's DQ in south Lawrence, not the Four Seasons on the Public Garden! Ice cream is consistently delicious, sundaes are great, the service has its ups and downs. Always a reliable place for a soft serve creemee and my nana would call them when she lived on Phillips St! It's been around as long as I can remember! Clearly they are doing something right when other long term establishments cannot stay open!!

DQ is DQ. Anything you eat out of here is going to taste great. The service, however, leaves ALOT to be desired.
