Well they had everything must go sale and I purchased two hats a Oakland A’s hat and a Boston Red Sox hat..The Oakland A’s it’s a size 7 the right size I ask the cashier to grab for me then I tell her to grab me the same size hat but a Boston Red Sox one right she grabs the hat notices it’s the wrong size grabs another and handed it to me now I ain’t check the size of the hat when I seen her change it cause it was the wrong size and still ended up giving me the wrong size on the Red Sox hat..I called them and they said I can’t exchange it etc and I can’t get my money back on a mistake they made…so they explain to me all purchase are final etc and they can’t do nothing about it so I lose my money cause people are unprofessional no wonder the stores are closing down smh

My husband is an avid baseball cap lover. EbLens has great deals and times. Unfortunately not all stores carry the same selection which means its just easier to go to several stores. This store impressed me (not an easy thing to do!) We were greeted right away for one. Their hat display setup was by FAR the most organized. I mentioned it several times to the manager. Carmen and Alexander where both professional and very welcoming. Something that cant be said about all the others we visited. Great Job! Looking forward to returning next sale!

Very bad service from the staff, you ask for what you need to buy and they never help you, the truth is this store leaves a lot to be desired. Today I went to ask for some shoes and I asked for them and they acted like it wasn't with them, they should hire staff who actually want to work and give good customer service.
