First time I went there to get new tires balance and alignment took them 4 hours and my car sitting in the garage that they don’t have all 4 only 3
And then took them another 2 hours to finish . I went there today and took them an hour and a half to tell me I need 4 more tpms sensors as the guy in the garage is standing there on his phone and couldn’t come in and tell me what I need they have no communication with the customers and overall will never go back the guy at the front desk is rude and doesn’t help whatsoever

This location was very nice and open. The young man I apologize I forgot his name was a sweet heart. Got my car in quickly and I did not have an appointment also, not only did he have a copy of my alignment sheet (one for his copy as well) had my receipt all ready to go, since it was a free ticket. I was at another Firestone earlier in the week and they did not do my alignment right. Steering wheel even when straight the car drove to the left. Thank you again for taking care of my car.

I had a 5 star review at first but now 2 months later and I am still having major issues with my passenger side front tire they replaced. It hasn't been right since I brought it there. The inner and outer tie rods they said needed replacing at a almost 600 dollar price tag didn't need to be done ( still have the old parts to prove it) so whomever it was that replaced my front tires that day broke something, most likely the strut because my car sounds like an airplane taking off and they said they couldn't do the alignment until the repairs were done.

These guys did a great job. The head guy was in control, very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. They found the problem, we scheduled an appointment, i brought it in and they got right on it. They ommunicated clearly wvery step of thw way and gor my car back toe in a few hours. I havent had one issue since. Ill definitely go back.

I was appreciative of them fitting me in without an appointment, and they absolutely did their job with Care and Kindess. This team represents for Lawrence All Day in a positive way.

Absolutely horrible. I showed up today around 1:30 to see about a walk-in for a simple tire rotation. They are supposed to be open on Sundays and I was well within their open hours. I even made a point to come after lunchtime so I didn’t mess with anyone’s breaks. Anyway, all of the doors were locked but the lights were on inside. So I figured someone was taking a break or using the restroom and I waited outside for the door to be opened. 30 minutes later there was still no one there, so I called the store and it just rang and rang and rang off the hook. I made a 30 minute trip to this Firestone knowing it was open, and wasted my time and gas for no services. Eventually I ended up calling a Firestone 20 minutes away and they said no one was even there today. I genuinely don’t mean to be a Karen but if I show up during open hours, I expect to at least be greeted by someone and turned away if you’re busy. It’s really quite unacceptable and I will not be back if this experience says anything about the quality of service provided at this location.
