Just on the North Andover border in a conveneinct, but unassuming location. Small locally run and operated and a great, caring owner. Does a GREAT blonde color and really listens to are wants/needs (and I've tried many before settling in here!). They also do the bright fun colors as well. Reasonable prices as well!!

I love Haircuts, Etc. Charity is who cuts my hair and she always does an amazing job. I can’t even tell you how often other people messed up my hair before coming to her. This is genuinely the first place that has ever handled my hair well. First pic was my first cut with Charity and she did exactly what I wanted and second pic was again exactly what I wanted. I’ll come back and add one where it’s all spiked up later.

I’ve been going here since I was 4 and I’ve loved every single haircut. Tammy and Charity are amazing and I’d recommend them until the end of the time.

I have never been disappointed coming to Hair cuts etc. Every time I come I always want funky colors and extensions and Charity never fails. She keeps me looking good all the time. I will never go any where else. Plus she's affordable!

Charity is an excellent hairstylists but also a supreme colorist. Always a great visit with wonderful results. I travel 35 minutes to Lawrence MA to get the results I want, worth every minute.
