I came to repair my phone and they damaged my phone, after replacing my screen they left a blue dot that was not there before. They even damaged my phone. Do not come here. There's no excuse for damaging a phone and leaving it worse than they found it. Do not come here just go to apple. Unfortunately I had to pay for the consequences of not going to apple. Just go to apple I don't care if they charge you more you will get your phone repaired. Not these careless people.

I’ve dropped my phone several times over the past 5 years of owning it and my back screen has never shattered. I came here to get my back screen fixed after a SEVERE fall (several stories). I was charged $150. My back screen is already shattered after dropping it just ONCE after this store replaced the back screen, which proves that they repair with low quality product. The screen should have withstood a drop from my hand, given it has several times before the repair was made. A newer comment confirms my experience. Furthermore, they said they would call me when my phone was done and did not. When I finally called hours later they told me my phone was ready. I’m disappointed and would not recommend this store.

worst place. DO NOT get your phone fixed here, save the money. my family has gotten multiple screens fixed here and has spent hundreds of dollars. every time we have brought a screen to be fixed here, it breaks within months with a case on it. recently i have brought my iphone 14 to be fixed and paid $150 to have my screen fixed with “premium” glass. I was also told there was a 60 day warranty, so when my phone shattered again two weeks after getting it fixed when it was dropped 8 inches off the ground WITH a case on it, i brought it back in. I am incredibly disappointed and upset with how i was treated. I was told i was “lying” about how my phone screen shattered and that my phone was not covered under this “warranty”. i never have been so disappointed and will NEVER be returning and making sure all my friends will know the same.

Please don’t get any MacBooks fixed here or things from apple because they don’t know how to fix it. Just go directly to the apple store. They charged me almost $400 dollars for a broken macbook screen and they had it for two weeks just to tell me they aren’t able to fix, and when I got it back they damaged the paint of the macbook, keyboard, and the back of the MacBook. Bought it to apple and in less than two days had it fixed, and roughly cost the same amount, and apple also informed me of the other damages that this place did to the MacBook. Instead of keeping the MacBook for two weeks you guys should’ve just informed me that you guys aren’t capable or don’t have the resources to fix it and I would’ve perfectly understood, but they were money hungry and damaged it far worse.
