Quite Expensive. First service was a good pricing, but after. A rip off. I understand 1k for tires, but, 1k for labor? To change tires and do an oil change? Nah boo. I moved recently to the neighborhood, me and my family were looking for good auto shop near us for our 6 cars. And This is definitely not going to be the place.

Wonderful fix it dude! Took me in the morning, finally done around 4. Did the extra mile doing a fair job saving up by reusing that which had to be done with just what needed doing and replacing only the necessary new parts..... All for a job well done & a return visit inspection.

Took my car to KG to fix a wheel well and bearing issue, oil change, and bulb replacement. I was able to drop off the car the next day and have everything finalized the morning after.Not only was it a speedy process but Kirill was informative and easy to discuss the repairs with. Compared to chain shops I believe I got a great deal overall. I will return to KG in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance

KG Auto is a very honest car mechanic.My car--a four-wheel drive SUV--started to make very loud noises while driving on Highway 495. I had to pull over and called Geico to get my car towed. As I was from out of state and didn't know the area at all, I picked the closest car mechanic, which happened to be KG Auto. At first I was mentally prepared to hear a ridiculously high estimate, as most car mechanics do. After the owner did a pretty thorough check of my car, he concluded the drive shaft was broken, which was the cause of the loud noises. As he couldn't get the parts in before I had to leave town, he offered to remove the broken drive shaft. Without the drive shaft, the car was still drivable. He recommended after I went back to my home state, I should get a new shaft. The entire work took less than 2 hours and he charged me a very reasonable amount. Highly recommend!

I had an exhaust pipe replaced at KG recently. Kiril Did not just cut and weld a new pipe in place like most shops would, he installed all the necessary hardware including the flanges and his rates are reasonable. I’ll be coming back here in the future for sure.

My first experience with KG auto was an engine gasket repair and oil change on my Scion. Kiril is one of the few honest mechanics out there and doesnt push unnecessary repairs.

Guy was very unprofessional. Assumed that I had an old car when in fact it was only 4 years old with 47k. He assumed it had over 100k. Then he messed up the rotation and balance job but tried to blame me. I said how could that be. I told you before I brought the car down that the tires needed to be rotated and balanced. Then he accused me of taking my car to another store after him. I showed that to be a lie. I said I paid more money going with you and you are suspicious that I’m trying to rip you off. I never asked for a military discount or favors and I lost money going with you and you gonna question my integrity. Do you interogate all your customers you have they way you question me. Just give me my car. Unprofessional don’t recommend. If a person has a lot free time and can always see you right away. It’s not a good sign.Service: Brakes
