I sent three boxes to DR. They wanted an extra $25 to bring the boxes up the hill in San Jose de Ocoa. I paid for it. The driver in RD also wanted money to bring the boxes up the hill in which I had already paid for. This company are thieves they charge me extra and charge extra over there in DR as well. I’m not using them anymore. Thieves.

Do not send anything through this company, they were good before but now there is nothing to see, my husband sent a box and they left it outside because they could not upload it, and everything arrived exploded, they are abusive and badly spoken and lack education, I do not recommend. I don't give it zero stars because you can't.

Do not send through this company, in the Dominican Republic they loot the shipment and open the packages with a knife, cutting the electronic cables. I called to make a complaint and they said they would call me back and nothing to do with it, they never called me. I do not recommend it.

Awful!!! First and last time I use the services of this company. They opened my box, turned it into a mess, tore a cover of baby clothes that was a gift and I lost one of the items. Why ask what's in the box if they are going to violate privacy anyway and on top of that they didn't have the decency to seal the box correctly, it arrived all broken and open to the recipient. Appalling

What kind of people with business, with such bad service, from the first time they answer the phone you realize that nothing good awaits you, you hear a scandal that you don't know if they are talking to you or to someone next to you. Thank God I only had to call to see how terrible their work was.
