Got my old car repainted there, they had a quick turnaround time for the car, smooth service, it looks like new now. There were few spots that were not resurfaced but only if you see up very close, for the price, time and smoother service, this place is great and I highly recommended them. The owner is very friendly and understood the assignment well.

Brought my car in after a minor accident to get a bumper replaced and to get a minor dent on my tailgate fixed. First off they never pick up the phone and whenever they do they know nothing about whats going on with your car nor when it will be ready. When i picked up the car the first thing i noticed was that they got compound on my leather seat that was a b**** get remove.. the bumper was not perfectly placed either which isnt a big deal for me but under the bumper the small piece does not look like it fits as it looks out of placed but the worst part is that some areas near my tail lights are dirty. The paint is stained in a couple places with yellow flakes that are embedded into the paint and a small damage aswell! Very unsatisfied

We recently had our 2017 ***** Pilot painted at this business. We paid $1609.73. 3 or 4 days after picking it back up we noticed sunroof was not working. There was nothing wrong before we had it painted. We let Maaco owner know we were told they fix these things all the time and would **** care of it. We asked if it was going to cost us anything, we were told no. After a week we went in for status of our car, since we hadn't heard from him, and we were told it was taken somewhere else because the sunroof kept coming off the tracks. We were never notified about our car having to go elsewhere. After 3-4 days, we went to place, in Haverhill, and after 2nd visit we were told that a new sunroof had to be ordered and that we will get call back when it's ready. 2 days later we get call that car is ready and when we get there we get a **** for $1009.00. We call Maaco owner and says he will pay half if we pay other half. We dont believe we should pay anything since we were not told car was being taken somewhere else and we were never called to Inform us what had to be repaired and what it would cost and if we even wanted to move forward with any repairs. After some back and forth and a couple of days had passed. We all Maaco owner again and he says he will pay $800 if we pay $200. We agreed only because they still had our car. We needed our car. Since picking it up we have had the rods on the roof of the car come off while washing it and scratches that were supposed to be gone with paint job are still there and there are some that were not. There was one very deep one on the driver side rear door that we can still tell where it was before it got painted.. The paint looks and feels like there are tiny rocks in it. We don't think we got what we paid for and should not have paid the extra $200 when sunroof was fixed.

Negligence at its Finest...Doyon Enterprises, Inc. (Maaco Lawrence) On April 14th, 2022, my vehicle was dropped off at Maaco, on 660 S. Union St., in Lawrence, for repairs. I spoke with Jason Doyon who had evaluated the damages. A copy of the estimate from my insurance company was provided to him. Several weeks went by and I was notified by my car rental agency that my rental coverage would be terminated. When I had contacted Jason, he said that my vehicle was parked in the wrong spot and said no damages were found. I recapped our meeting and he spoke with someone, (while I was on the phone), and asked them to refinish the door. On May 10th, I had gone down to this Maaco location to pick up my vehicle. I handed Jason a check for the repair cost. He then led me through the fenced in lot to retrieve my vehicle. I had immediately noticed that the driver's door applique was never replaced, nor had the door been realigned, (as requested). The estimate that was originally given to him also stated that the door would need to be "torn down" to see if there was internal damage. During my initial check up, about 2 weeks in, my insurance company was on speaker with Jason. He stated that he never involved a "Barry," as the damage was minimal. I believe Barry is an appraiser that works with this location. It seemed that Jason was "under pressure" and just wanted to get my vehicle returned. After bringing my vehicle home, and rinsing the pollen off, I had noticed damage to the trunk. There were scratches. I had notified my insurance company immediately. I was unable to reach Jason until about a week later. Jason had stated to me that he had cameras everywhere, he made no money from the job and that I would have to "chase him." He then hung up. However, during this conversation, I was able to obtain information leading to information on who holds his Garage Liability Coverage. I will list this below. Customers may have experienced their calls going unanswered, possibly due to screening? I can't say for sure, however it seemed that way for me. Just ask yourself, (what business takes a week to answer)? His own insurance company admitted to having difficulty making contact. My insurance company hasn't been able to make contact as of yet. Anyhow, I hope ya'll don't have to go through what I have. If damage has been done to your vehicle while in Maaco Lawrence's possession, here is Jason's insurance information, including his policy number. Jason was awesome and had good service. Now that I’ve looked my truck over I was expecting overspray but not the truck filled with scratches. Little disappointed on that end, I’ve found multiple scratches and even dings that are on top of the new paint.Service: Painting

I found the fellow running it father or son or brother not sure. to be very rude and abrupt.He kept telling me he couldn't find me in the computer when I had work done there less than 2 years ago then he accused me of having work done there and not paying for it which I had to prove him wrong.He was totally inept on the computer and very little information over the phone don't think I'm bringing my vehicle there for repairs. Poor telephone etiquette all around.
