It was much better when Paola attended.
There is an Indian now serving. I went a few days ago because my internet was super bad. I paid 40 dollars and I had no signal at all. I arrived and explained to this man and what he did was increase my plan to unlimited and pay 50 dollars without I asked him and still my internet was still bad. A week ago I went because my partner is included in my family plan and the phone he had was paid for by insurance for which he wanted to buy another one and what this man did was eliminate that insurance. phone…. I have never had problems with this line, I have been on the metro for a year, but this man along with a small woman with a somewhat double build greatly disappoints me… Paola did her job very well.

The staff is amazing?! I've been helped by 3 different employees since being a customer?, they have great personalities and they seem to know what they are doing ???. But seriously, I have been to metro on Essex and the one on Broadway ( in Lawrence), both locations have the best employees?! They all deserve raises ??♀️
