The girl working here was so unbelievably rude, she didn't help with my issue at all and literally laughed at me as I walked away due to her rudeness. This is absurd.

CROOKS!! Iv been with metro Over twelve years. I call up customer service to make sure i'm all set on getting a free upgrade phone, But I will have to go to the store to get one.. I walk into the store 2 girls just sitting there. I inquire about the FREE upgrade, One of the girls laugh, And tell me that there is no such thing, And then it will cost me price of the phone, activation and taxes. Didn't even try to work with me in the slightest bit. Just told me that I might get a little bit off of one of the phones...

I recently bought a phone and plan for my dad at this location but he was not able to use do to his condition. When I tried returning the phone within the allotted time 7 days the owner Franklin refuse to refund me the money because I didn’t have the receipt; which I never got from his employee as she was too busy trying to help 3 people at once. Today I came to the store after trying to get in touch with him with no luck and he was very arrogant and dismissive to my request. Trying to tell me that there’s was nothing he could do being himself the owner. I heard bad things about the customer service in this store but I could not believe how money hungry people could actually be. Never again!

Thieving & forcing sales. Also, the told my uncle he had to pay $140 for a phone even though there was a poster saying it was free with phone activation. They told us that deal expired, even though it didn't. Then they told my uncle their credit card machines weren't working. Finally, they supposedly didn't have printing paper to give a receipt. I think they just stole the money. I went to another metro pcs the next day and the phone was free with activation. I even asked. That's when I realized, the just overcharged, and kept the money. That's why they didn't want any credit card payment, just cash and no receipt. Also, the overweight Dominican guy addressed was very unprofessional in the way he spoke to us. Him and his friend were playing video games and drinking soda. He didn't want to help, said that things weren't working right and it would be faster at the metro store in south lawrence. I told him we couldn't go there because my uncle has health issues and cannot travel too much. This is a late review. It happened July 2022. Dont know if the same employees are there.

5 Start Service... Helped me cancel an account.. Usually this can be a hard thing to get done.. The owner helped me close the account in less than 10 minutes... Amazing service....

Very good service from franklyn, I went to this store today, he explained everything to me very well, the different services and prices..
Just as he gave me suggestions, wow I had never experienced an experience like that in a phone store, and above all the information he gave me, in a very transparent way he was with me.

The best phone company I have ever had in my life. I recommend it to anyone who wants a good, cheap service without contracts. I have been with them for 6 years and I have nothing Bad to say about them, only good things.

Best service in the area by far. they took the time to figure out what I needed, recommended the right phone for me and transferred all my information from my old phone to my new stylos without much hassle. highly recommend this store for all you wireless needs. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
