I went to do an activation and after the employee finish she’d told me oh you phone is locked you have to go to the other company
And now she said that I have to pay the month for cancel the line

I Was At This Store On 3/4/2024 at 12:30pm To Upgrade My Phone Too a 5G With Cash In Hand.
I Just Stepped In The Door and a Salesperson Was Right Their In My Face, I Didn't Even Get a Chance To Look At Some Phone's? Do Then I Sarted Looking At Some Idea's For a Phone By Myself and Another Salesperson Person Started Hounding Me. I Stated That I Was Not Too Happy Being Approached At The Door As I Walked In? I Have Been a Metro PCS Customer For Over 15years.
I Do Not Like Being Attacked As I Walk In The Door?By a Salesperson.
Maybe Re-Thinking a New Phone Carrier After This Upsetting Experience??? I Just Left. So I Whent Accross The Parking Lot To T-Mobile Was The Same Experience, and The Female Salespeople Their Speaking Spanish In Front of Me and Behind My Back I Don't Speak Spanish and Laughing at Me Very Unprofessional Not To Happy With Metro and T'Mobile Salespeople at These Two Stores?

Kevin & Mohamed really nice and helpful. There was another guy to the far left register who couldn't even find my uncle in the system. However, Kevin was able to find me right away and then Mohamed provided me with assistance to unlock my uncles phone. This was all on the afternoon of Jan 19th, likely around 3:30 or so

Their hours online said 9-8 but showed up at 6:50 and they said they were closed. How about you update your online hours. Also their phone to call the store doesn’t work. Fix that also

My sister and I visited this store to purchase a phone and the minute we walked through the door we were greeted in a friendly way by the staff. The rep who assisted us was Kiara. She was very professional and well informed. She answered all our questions and even provided extra info. She was very patient as she tried and explained to me how to retrieve my info from one phone to the other. We were absolutely impressed by the kind of service this employee provided to us. I was feeling down because my phone had suddenly stopped working, but after dealing with Kiara. I left the store feeling happy and satisfied. HATS OFF TO YOU KIARA!!!
