I brought my vehicle to Michael’s Motors for a problem with my exhaust. I can’t say enough about the quality and efficiency of service and professionalism that I received. Michael’s is a great place to either buy a car or get your car serviced. If you’re looking for the cheapest car possible, I don’t think they can help you their prices are not cheap. However, if you are looking for a good used car at a reasonable price I think you can do well. The service department is great too. I have had my cars serviced here for years.

Dropped my car off for tires, gave them my number to call me with pricing and questions. Received a call at closing time my car was done and the total was 1700$! They changed my tires and rotors. I wanted only tires. Told me I had to pay to get my car back and held my keys hostage, drove to my house to make me sign the receipt accepting payment. Beyond disappointed with the management and family who owns this should be ashamed for there scam.

I've been going there for many years, even dropped in on short notice for some minor service (oil change, tire rotation, inspection sticker etc) Sean, Mike & Ron have always held true to the estimate time, my last visit was a couple days ago after almost a year, they remembered me by name & took care of what I needed in such a prompt manor, I'll never go anywhere else! Plus The house mascot Oswald is great company!!

Had some body work done on my car and Sean the son and grandson of original owners went above and beyond to help me get back home AND picked me upTo get my car when it was ready. Been coming here for years with no problems until just recently when I came in for a routine safety inspection. While they did a good job finding an exhaust leak, they claimed that I had a busted engine mount that would need replacing. Since experiencing no symptoms of a bad mount I went and got some other opinions, it turns out my mounts were all in good condition this was a complete up-sell on something that I didn't actually need.While they are nice people, this event has shaken my trust in them, and I have since switched to a more honest mechanic who let me see the intact engine mounts for myself. My only guess is that with COVID many businesses are hurting and possibly trying to make up for lost profits. While I can understand this position, that doesn't make it right.Be careful in coming here that they don't try to slip unnecessary repairs past you, do your research and always seek other opinions.
