“My mortgage was transferred to this bank, and the service has been mixed. Generally the communication is lacking. I received mail informing me that my mortgage was transferred and the amount due in Feb. but there was no information on how to service the mortgage, no reply to my email inquiring about it, and it’s hard to get someone on the phone.
That being said, when I do get to someone, the people I’ve talked to have been very nice and helpful. I do wish the website was more clear because it was difficult to set up an online account, but I found it is possible to transfer funds on the online portal!”
