The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) is a nationwide non-profit organization fighting for economic justice through home ownership and community action. NACA is the largest HUD certified counseling agency in the United States and has over $15 billion committed to the NACA mortgage. NACA has over two million members. NACA has been described as an excellent organization that provides a lot of education in the house buying process. Their team has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire journey, going above and beyond to educate and assist homebuyers. NACA has helped people save money and understand the home buying process, and is highly recommended for anyone thinking about purchasing a home.

NACA mortgage benefits are significant, especially in a market where a 20% downpayment is very difficult and the resulting PMI with other mortgages adds a significant amount each month.
