*Funny how the last two reviews are from the very same person.. employee much?* Very inconsiderate male staff. I arrived before a different client. WAITED my 24 minutes turn. I had acrylics. Had me soak for 39 minutes (never in my entire life have I had to soak for that long). Proceeds to do someone else’s toes (who JUST arrived.) I’m not sure if I’m wrong here but it felt not nice. I proceeded to say I won’t be getting my nails done he said “good”. So inconsiderate.

After 5+ yrs. getting my nails done at this place, I will never go back. Sam is such a professional, educated, pleasant person. He was my favorite nail tech. Since they don’t book appointments I went for my refill and Sam was not there, I was the first person in line so when the 2 youngest females employee opened up I asked them if Sam was coming? They looked at each other after few seconds they both said to me (I don’t know) so I asked both of them if one of them can do my refill? They both answered “you can wait for Sam”. Now I was not asking for free service, I was pay what the price is and always tip them too. Some of these employees need some customer service training. I walked out never went back I have dignity and my money is as worth as the other customers as well. Good luck to that place.Service: Acrylic nails

The facility is beyond gorgeous. It’s very modern and clean. Queen nails is the best nail technician I’ve ever had. He does things in his process that I’ve never seen any other technician do. THEY CARE & take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here. If you’re looking for a high-end ambiance along with celebrity pampering I highly recommend their services. Everyone was so kind and original! The facility was absolutely stunning and modern. Excellent place! I was a walk-in and wanted to get a French manicure as a trial run for my wedding in a couple of months. Queen nails did my gel manicure, and she was very personable and did very nice work. Very friendly people there! I will definitely be going back for my wedding nails!

Queen nails is a beautiful shop. It feels elegant and upscale. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I’ve tried a million shops in the area and this one has been the best quality in terms of products and services. I highly recommend it! Impeccable customer service, the owners make you feel as if you are family going over & beyond. Most importantly have implemented great COVID precautions.

Do NOT GO here. A waste of 65$ for plain dip. I guess all the NEW clients are sent to the lady who sits next to the man at the end. She's completely unprofessional, has no talent whats so ever, does not listen to instructions and becomes upset when you correct her or tell her to fix something. I paid my 65$ and showed my nails to the owner and told him i was displeased. He dismissed me... Guys save yourself. if you're new, please go else where. Most likely they'll send you to her or someone else who's untalented with a bad attitude.All in all i was displeased with my experience here. PS: it's cash only, so please please GO somewhere else.Services: Manicure

Technician over charge on the prices. I understand COVID has cause low income in small business. However, be reasonable and honest to your customer.
