My phlebotomist was excellent. She had a kind and calming demeanor, was efficient in her process, and I barely felt the needle go in when getting blood drawn. The convenient location was also a plus and even though I went later in the afternoon I got the results the next morning. Overall great experience

The phlebotomist was very good. She went out of her way to salvage the poor process involved with getting a PCR test. Overall the process was faulty, the web site is very poorly designed and user unfriendly. I still have no idea if I will ever get the results of the PCR test. I wish I could give them zero stars.

That times I have gone with my mom that staff has been nice and patience . That only thing I don’t like is that check in part sometimes it gets confusing with that I pad.

I noticed the establishment's closing time was 5 pm on Marston st. Lawrence. Arriving at 4:40, I was informed that they don't accept patients after that time. Consequently, they closed the doors and waited until 5 pm to clock out. That’s so unprofessional and inconsiderate.

There is a Spanish girl there with light brown eyes and dirty blond hair who wouldn’t tell me her name it’s the reason I’m describing her but she was working this morning 3/1/24 1110am, who was so rude, I was just asking how do I make an appointment after I explained I was there due to my doctor sending over some test I need done, I asked if she could first check if I’m in her system like if the test come up so I could call my doctor and she just kept saying no go to the kiosk and make an appointment. It’s one room, she was finished with someone who was leaving as I had knocked on the door. It’s just one room one technician and one person at a time. I get it could be hectic since she is one person but no one else was behind me and I was literally asking her for the help she’s there to provide. If you can avoid this place please do. Not professional, rude or helpful. I left there so upset and like embarrassed due to the way she was as speaking to me. If I would have been a few years younger I definitely would not have been able to restrain myself and would have been dishing out was she was giving but here’s to growth! Go to Holy family it’s nicer and people are also professional, helpful and actually do their job! They are not lazy slobs!

I was there for 2 months, I'll be back tomorrow, God willing, the young woman was wonderful, she took my blood, very comfortable, I didn't feel anything. You have an angelic hand, but the lady was in front of me, I went to register and she didn't care. I don't know if it was because I don't know English and a young woman at her side. On the other hand, she attended to me and said I had to have an appointment. Thank you, the lab girl told her to take care of me. Thank you very much. Thank you. God bless her. I hope to be lucky enough to see her again so she can work with me. Angel's hand in the laboratory.

I been using this office for 4 years 3 times a year and they serve patients as fast as possible, friendly and respectably with quite a bit of caution keeping samples matching patients. I couldn’t believe I didn’t feel anything when they took my blood.Honestly never once had an issue of poor experience in service, mix ups or anything like the people on this review list.Seems they had poor experiences due to outside influences or self importance.Read between the lines. This place is great.

Fast friendly staff and always carful with samples matching clientele. I hardly notice the pinch from blood removal and I hate needles. Not sure what the others are mentioning here but it seems they posable have outside influences making mistakes that afectes their experiences. I haven't had a single problem or bad experience.

Yeah no. Not letting these people have a 5 star average review. Wouldn't if my life depended on it after what I went through with my daughter back in January. My infant daughter needed emergency blood work, per the instruction of her pediatrician the morning of Jan 18. We had to go to another doctor 23 miles away for the same problem at 11. We were able to make a 3pm appointment for blood work with this Quest online in the morning after the doctor gave us the order. Figured this would give us enough time to get back home from the appointment. In the meantime we received an email confirmation and then a text confirmation from Quest a short while before the appointment. When we got to the place right before 3:00 it had just closed. A woman inside shooed us away saying it was Martin Luther King Day and they were closing early. Tried to explain (through the window of the door she wouldn't open mind you) how we were able to make an appointment and received confirmations for 3pm and that our daughter was very sick. She didn't care. I was livid. We ended up having to wait until the next morning to have the blood work and get results. At that time my daughter had blood leaking from the intestines and we didn't know why so I was naturally frantic. We found out it was an allergy and as painful as it was for her thankfully it wasn't life threatening. But I will never forget how their incompetence caused my child to have her care delayed. I would suggest going to any other Quest but this location.
