I am a customer for many years and every time I try to visit a store for a reason, some kind of an issue always arises and the job can't get done. The on-line support although it takes for ever, answering dozens of unnecessary questions (the same every time even for the same issue), usually gets the job done eventually and the people are more polite and professional. Anyway, this time I tried to return some equipment that was replaced because it was not working. I go to the store and after them trying to figure out what to do, they told me that I cannot return the equipment there. The two options to return equipment to T-Mobile for the record are: 1) Through UPS with a prepaid label. 2) Return it to a store. These options are not out of my imagination, they are in the \\\"how to return the equipment\\\" instructional email from T-Mobile and they make sense. How is it possible that a Vendor wouldn't accept their own equipment returned to their own store. The manager told me to call 611 and showed me his screen showing \\\"Not eligible for exchange or return\\\" for the order. My reply was that it's not my responsibility to know what this means, but if I were to guess it probably refers to the equipment they sent me (the new one) and not the one I am returning per their instructions. I am taking this time to write this review because this is something that needs to be fixed. I had a similar experience in the past many years ago but that time after a call from the store to 611 (not my call but the manager's, as it's supposed to be), they were able to accept the equipment eventually. To be 100% accurate, they offered me to just leave the equipment there but without giving me any kind of reference or proof that I returned it. Well, no thank you, it doesn't work like that. I give 2 stars instead of one because at least, they were polite although not very resourceful or effective. T-Mobile you have to take care of that and not torture your customers.

T-mobile is a scam if you signed up for a free phone promo in the last 2 years. There is a good chance that they added it to your plan and started charging you for a phone that was on your plan. T-Mobile is now changing there terms and conditions so you can't file a class action lawsuit with them they are now going to be able to sweep crimes and accusations under the rug without you knowing. By signing you u for a free phone then making you pay for it makes it look like more people on signing onto T-Mobile artificially driving up there market value. T mobile also refuse to print contracts or terms and conditions when you sign up. You have to agree and sign everything on there website. The same website the have access to change whenever they please. That means they can change your plan, terms, and contract all without your knowledge or permission

Extremely rude customer service. Whoever the pregnant lady is who’s working there needs a training on how to treat customers. The lack of energy to help a customer is concerning your job is literally to help us and that seem to be a problem to her! Thank you

The young lady who helped me was great. I can tell you,. as someone who runs a business, the Store Manager (My apologies got not remembering his name) was fantastic. I had a bad experience with a different T Mobile location and had my mind made up to switch to Verizon. I figured to give it one more shot as I was with Sprint for a long time.Simple put we signed with T Mobile because the store manager at this location gave us the best experience I've had at a phone store. Knowledgably, friendly, extremely helpful, complete asset.

My guy are always coming through. Technology as you walk in the door. They're very sweet & professional while dealing with you. I, personally, go in multiple times to change my screen protector and it always gets done perfectly. When I got the new iPhone I was actually in Connecticut and went to about three T-Mobile stores that had the worst customer service and ruined each screensaver they applied. When I knew I should've just trusted my gut and waited till I got back home to come here. Nevertheless, I've had good experiences here
