Went to buy a roll of quarters and the tailer said that I need a bank account. Decided to call another TD bank they told me I don't need a bank account to buy a roll of quarters will never go back there again

In a city with tons of people this branch only keeps one or two tellers open. I can see why everyone in line is frustrated, this branch is clearly understaffed.
