Worse service ever, they rent something that they don't have, the person got there at 9 I rent the truck for 8 am really bad service

Terrible service I made a reservation to pick up a truck today November 17, I arrived at 5:15pm to pick it up and it is already closed!! Had they previously told me that they closed at 7pm???Now I'm looking at what other location I can rent.
