Be careful with Johanny and her sassiness (i believe that is her name). I don't think she's aware that she is in the customer service field where you need to be courteous and polite towards customers. She probably woke up on the wrong side of bed today with the face she had, as if she didn't want to be at work or hates her job. I recommend management train their reps on customer service, especially Johanny because the other reps who were present seemed more polite than her. Aren't customer service reps supposed to smile and greet customers? because it was the total opposite with sassy Johanny. Buscate otro trabajo mija si no te gusta el que tienes.

Terrible customer service, no satisfaction and long wait times. This place needs more people, they are always short staffed and it's always usually an hour wait for something so simple. Rude and impatient customers, rude customer service reps, just terrible. I had my passport form filled out, all documents ready to renew, and the lady didn't even know how to staple my photo onto my application. Train your staff to do all services for the front desk. Ridiculous. It's never like this elsewhere.

If I could give less than one star I would.
I live in a town where the city of Lawrence Massachusetts is in charge of my mail delivery, my mail carrier has to go to that office at 6:00 a.m. in the morning and stay there till 11:00 a.m. doing whatever they have them do and then he has to go out and deliver mail. Sometimes I don't get my mail until 8:00pm maybe even a little later these people ought to be disgusted with themselves to make somebody work like that not to mention having a mail delivered after 8:00 p.m. at night,
My husband right now is on an FMLA for surgery he had first of all FMLA does not give you your whole pay You get 60% of your pay So the post office in Boston mails the check out every Monday and I don't receive it until Friday what's that okay But there are times that we don't receive it until the following Monday because when my postal carrier gets a Saturday off we don't get mail and my online mail delivery tells me what we're supposed to be getting five or six mail pieces but no mail that day I find something wrong with that and then when you call the post office it rings and then they pick it up and hang it up You call them back and it rings and rings and rings they pick it up and hang it up I'm getting extremely frustrated with this there is no help at the Lawrence Massachusetts post office they have the worst post office in Massachusetts and they have some of the rudest employees, hopefully Doge is going to look into The US postal service as well, because of the weather is too bad you get no mail My father-in-law was a male carrier and he worked in the worst weather never took a day off these people today they think they're entitled.
Well guess what You're not entitled and there's a new sheriff in town and I believe a lot of this crap is going to change at least I hope it changes because none of this crap happened until 2020

I would like to commend Alex from the Lawrence Post Office for his exceptional service as a supervisor. He is a true professional who demonstrates outstanding communication skills and consistently goes above and beyond to assist customers.
He is not only approachable but also incredibly patient and understanding, making every interaction a positive experience.
It’s rare to encounter someone as genuinely kind and efficient as Alex. He sets a high standard for customer service, and the Lawrence community is fortunate to have him. Keep up the fantastic work!

I had an appointment at 12:15 for passport pictures and I arrived at 11:45 am. I made the line and I was called the guy who was there vey nice, but he told that the only person for passport was at lunch. I spent one hour waiting with my two old baby and nobody’s arrived. It is a luck of respect set an appointment at that time, if you don’t have anybody else to care of the situation
