WORST customer service ever! Tried on a pair of pants at their outlet store and they fit perfectly in green, size 4, so I also grabbed a pair of black pants in the exact same style and size. Sign above the pants said they were 40% off - they weren't! Okay, I liked them, so I paid the extra money. Drove home from Mass. to Connecticut and when I got home the black pants - same size, same style - didn't fit at all. Called the store and the Manager told me I have to drive back to Mass. to return them. I asked if I could return them by mail - NO - they can't do that. Too bad for me - then the wonderful manager simply hung up on me. She'll be hearing from me again as will her boss. And, they just lost my business as well.

Not my favorite store, but my wife and daughter like to shop here. The employees have always been helpful, the store is clean, the aisles are wide, if you have a stroller you'll have no problem getting through here. The prices seem pretty good in our experience. More importantly for the impatient husbands out there, there is a bench to sit outside of the store if the weather is nice.
