I just had my 2008 Subaru Outback in at Ford’s Auto Service for an oil change and to get the snow tires swapped on, and I couldn’t be happier with how it went. The guys there took the time to do a full courtesy inspection and walked me through everything that’s starting to look tired so I can plan ahead without any surprises. Every question I had (and trust me, I had a bunch) got answered right away, no attitude, no rush. They texted updates, called when they said they would, and the car was ready when promised. I will always recommend and go here!

I'm new to the area and have been looking for a good mechanic. I have an old car (20 years, 300K miles), that I thought had a transmission fault. Ford's diagnosed the issue as a transfer case problem. The cost of repair exceeded the value of the car, so I didn't have the vehicle repaired. I appreciate Ford's correct diagnostic and straight forward approach. I'll drive the car until it dies, but will have standard, minor work done at Ford's.

What can I
Fords went above and beyond over what I was anticipating.
Mrs and I were at a campsite for the summer.
Our tow vehicle developed a bad alternator.
That’s our only means of transportation.
Unless we took out the Rv
Not knowing the area I started a search for car repair.
Expecting a gee we can see it till next week answer.
Looking at what options I have.
Fords stood out in their reviews.
I called explaining my situation.
After a few questions as to what my issue was. That I suspected my alternator was on the way out . Luckily they had a 2:30 pm opening the next day .
Upon arrival my car went directly into the shop. Based on the information I supplied
They took a chance and ordered a replacement alternator the prior evening.
I was back on the rd with in an hour.
You’re not going to find that level of service anywhere.
I was so impressed I called my sister who lives 30 miles away about my experience.
She booked an appointment a few days later.
