If I could give more stars, I would!! I called to confirm they had a bag for my daughter’s graduation before I made the drive out there. Eliza and Anna went above and beyond to help me select the perfect bag (and matching wallet)! They were so kind and patient, answering all my questions. And they shipped it to me! My daughter was THRILLED!!! She absolutely loves the bag and wallet. We both appreciated the little note card they included. Amazing customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love this brand and this store is friendly and welcoming without any hardsell. I've purchased many things here and really appreciate the staff and the unique decor.

I bought a black purse and a set of pajamas as holiday presents and I loved the store. They had a cute Disney collection, and I admired the Mickey/Minnie items as well as the 101 Dalmatians things. I came to the store on two separate occasions and the second time I stopped by a couple of days later, the salesperson working there recognized me and greeted me in a friendly way. I wish I could come back although I'm in New York, if the store is still around in the Outlets by the time I come back, I would be more than happy to stop by and see the new Collections and items.

My girlfriend and I walked in looking to spend some money. We were followed around a little closet store, not to mention we felt judged by every employee. I will never walked back in to another Kate Spade store not will I ever buy from her line.

I received a Kate Spade bag that was purchased from another outlet as a gift and absolutely loved it. When the strap broke I was devastated and went online to find out the return policy. Kate Spade's return policy is pretty liberal. I visited the Lee, Mass store and was unable to find the exact replacement but the Manager was very accommodating and assisted me with finding a similar bag and was able to give me a credit for the bag that didn't make it through the pandemic. The Lee store is very quaint and all of the staff were very helpful. If you are shopping during a holiday shop early as the bags sell fast. A happy customer.
