The app and site are so unreliable that both will become entirely unusable for hours at a time because of "technical issues," and there is 0 phone support. Got defrauded one time and received 0 support from the bank until after I got a signed confession from the guy who stole from me. Constantly locks my card down for making tiny purchases. The people are friendly enough, but the bank itself is migraine-inducing.

Brandy, I'd post the picture of exchange rates in Rome, but I can't figure it out. I got 1.25, exactly what the Wall Street Journal states - compared to 1.39 with their banks. So, thanks for helping me get the best deal with my Lee Bank ATM Card!!!

Had a significant CD with Lee Bank for several years. Had to ask to get my money back because they sent my Checking Account linked to the CD to the state as abandoned property. The state takes 3 months to make those funds available. The CD was active so it makes no sense. Poor & lazy Customer service and now portion of my checking account goes to state in fees. Don't bank with them. It will cost you in unnecessary aggravation and fees. They never bothered to call and sent a letter giving little time to respond.

Have you ever loved a bank? I do, and I hate banks. But Lee Bank is different. They actually care and get to know their customers (if you so choose) as people. And did you know that if you ever call, your call will be answered by a person? That's right, no automated phone attendant with Lee bank -- a living breathing human answers the phone. I am moving out of the area, but am seriously considering continuing to bank with Lee Bank because of the relationship I have formed with them. Kudos Lee Bank.
