Rented a steamer and it didn't pick up the dirt only made it into balls and left on carpet. Also none of their steamers have the extra hose and hand tool to do stairs. When we told the people there what happen they said oh and walked away ?

I have always had good experiences here. While they always gave essentials like LED lightbulbs and home accessories, they always s have great summer deals as well. Last purchase was oil for my chainsaw. They also offer blade sharpening.

Good local hardware store. Came here to fill up a propane tank and get a couple of things too. Clearly labeled isles make it easy to find what your looking for.

Disappointing Local Hardware StoreI recently visited the local hardware store, August 2023 and it prompted a rating decrease from 5 to 3 stars. There were several concerning issues that impacted my overall impression.On the positive side, the store had a decent selection of products, and the location was convenient. I appreciated that they try to carry a variety of items, and make it a one-stop-shop hardware needs.The most notable problem is the high turnover in employees. It seems like every time I visit, there are new faces, which makes it challenging to establish a rapport with the staff or receive consistent assistance.Furthermore, the lack of knowledge and willingness to assist in finding products by some employees is concerning.Moreover, the customer service and friendly feel that was much appreciated in this store has diminished over time. The staff seemed distant and disinterested, which made the shopping experience less enjoyable.One issue that compounded the problem was the apparent lack of proper training for the employees. It was evident that the blame shouldn't solely fall on the staff, as they seemed to be unprepared to handle customer inquiries and provide effective assistance.Another point of concern is the frequent price changes, often leading to incorrect or unmarked prices. This made it frustrating to determine the actual cost of items and caused uncertainty during checkout.Lastly, the overall atmosphere of the store felt unprofessional, which further detracted from the shopping experience. Cleanliness and organization were lacking, making it difficult to find what I needed quickly.In conclusion, while the local hardware store had some positives, such as its product selection and convenient location, the issues of high employee turnover, lack of knowledge, diminished customer service, and frequent price changes were significant drawbacks. The store would greatly benefit from addressing these issues and creating a more welcoming and efficient shopping environment for its customers. As of my recent experiences, I could only give it a three-star rating.

Didn't have a wide selection the and what they did have, they didn't have a lot of stock.. For example, we needed three connectors and they only had two.

Purchased a new Weber grill from Carr (lee). Customer service was thorough and responsive . Very helpful team over there. They always try to help in any way that they are able to. I ask plenty of detailed questions, and they are patient and respectful. Good group of people over there.
