I was Christmas shopping with my nine year old and while at lids we picked out a hat for lids to put stitching on. The hat had a price tag of 14.99, when I went to the register, he said $22.99 plus the amount for the stitching. I told him let me see that hat again. I told him the hat says $14.99 and his response was “you wouldn’t had known that if you didn’t ask for the hat back”. I could not believe his response. I would double check everything when shopping at this location as I believe he was trying to pocket money and up charge me.

I’m a huge fan of New Era baseball caps and visited Lids at the Premium outlets at Lee, MA and experienced the very worst experience. I was in the store for 10/15 minutes and already knew what I wanted but there were two guys rearranging a wall while they had me and other customers without service. Skip this store !!
