It’s not how you start, but how you finish!
I had an almost perfect shopping experience here. And I’m sorry to have to leave just 2 stars. However, when I got home and emptied my bag I was shocked. My items were rolled into literal balls. Sweaters, dresses, tops. I am so disgusted. What a wrinkled MESS.

I always find cute clothes at Old Navy. They have a good selection and reasonable prices for casual clothes. Sarah helped me find jeans and tee shirts at my visit yesterday. She was friendly and personable and made my shopping more fun and productive!

This was truly one of the best shopping experiences of my life. I had a very set intention and style when I went to this store and with the help of Kori and Daira (I apologize ladies if I spelled it wrong!) My whole vision came to life. The whole staff is so kind, very helpful and the store is gorgeous and organized. Very happy that I decided to go & I will be back!

The associate didn’t give me a receipt so I immediately went back in and told her she forgot my receipt and she proceeded to tell me she can’t print me one and then called for some assistance to which I told the girl what I bought and how she never gave me a receipt and then she also proceeded to tell me that there was no way to get me a receipt. Luckily it was only one item, imagine had it been a bunch of stuff. You guys should probably try to figure that out!

I love old navy but I’m so upset about the experience I had. I was at the outlets with my mother and daughter for a shopping day, this was our last stop and we had a couple items in mind when we entered, pjs for my daughter, which the older gentleman in that section was very helpful, unfortunately they did not have her size. And work pants for me, just as we were grabbing the pants (a few pairs) that I needed, a woman (I assume the manger) nearly shouted at us “it’s 6, we’re closed!” This made me just drop the items and leave, she could have kindly told us, “hi guys, it is 6 were now closing if you’d like to make any final purchase”. She then followed about two feet behind us the whole way out of the store. I have worked retail management for years and I would never treat anyone that way, this woman lacked genuine customer service, just kind words go a long way. (I ended up ordering the items I planned to buy online, spent about $160)
