If possible, I'd leave zero stars. Visited the outlets for my girlfriends birthday. Visited a few stores and after leaving Levi's to visit Polo? All I can say is Polo needs to do better. No customer greeting. All the employees looked bored on the phone or engaged with one another. Two Spanish males, Four Caucasian ladies. Not one person greeted or acknowledged that we even existed? So we went to Marshall's and were treated like consumers/customers again. Overpriced for the lack of staff awareness.

Went in with my boyfriend for birthday shopping , was followed by employees and treated like we couldn't afford to be there . My boyfriend asked if there was something I wanted my reply " yeah I want to leave . In our trip to the outlets we spent more than 500 on things . Polo watched us like we were thieves . Will never go back , and will never recommend them . I will tell everyone I know about how we were looked at . Left polo and went to Marshall's to spend another 200 . Thank you , but no thank you .

I’ve always loved Ralph Lauren because of the quality but I understand because of the name it can be expensive. I read about the workers gathering in corners and whatnot in these reviews. Remember that these workers are teenagers or young adults. I’m sure we did the same at some point of our lives? Give them credit, at least they’re working. Sales is never easy and there’s not to many people who can relate to others because they have problems of their own. Just be polite, buy what you need and keep it moving. In sales especially in a clothing store, it’s a job for many and a career to some, just don’t expect quality service. When you do find that sales rep who goes above and beyond, reward him/her/person and speak to the manager. If you’re complaining about cost, then remember that it is Ralph Lauren, but hey, look for the sales or coupons. In my experience at the Lee Mall, coming from NYC, I appreciate the hello’s because in NYC, it’s a whole different ball game and attitude, but it is what it is, you’re in New York. I always look forward to the Outlet and enjoy it. The 5 stars is for the clothing itself, I do take some of the sweaters or jackets to the dry cleaners, but overall, it has lasted me a while and it looks good. If you’re clothes is shrinking, then don’t use hot water and if you’re comparing it to Walmart clothing, then you don’t belong at a Ralph Lauren Outlet/Store, you’re better off at Walmart.

I have spent a lot of money in polo stores, on polo products through the years. The way I was just treated in the Lee store makes me never want to spend another dime on any polo, certainly in the Lee store. Polo lost a good, long time customer today

Just drove one hour because the website said they are open until 9. At 6:56 the doors were locked and we could see 5 workers inside. Tried knocking and we were ignored. Tried calling and the phone was off the hook. Knocked again and the manager said they were closed and they were closing at 7. She said the website was wrong and it’s not her fault. She pulled the door shut and apologized saying “we’re closed.”

An outlet ???hardly. $ 45 tee shirts and a sweater costs $ 110....and no sales or discounts??? Bought tees here before and after 2 washes they totally lost their shape like a cheap Walmart tee. The quality isn't there anymore ....its just an old logo these days

If you sign up via text or email you can save alot. Store has plenty for all members of the family. Staff was huddled in a group over in the corner gossiping though. I dont like the naggy sales associate but this was over the top on the opposite end of the scale. They actually looked annoyed when I interrupted them and asked a price. lol
