“Shop liquor town every week because of the best prices around & stopped in last week in search of the viral Busch Light Apple.. little to my knowledge the truck was literally unloading it out back while I was walking in.
I jokingly asked the owner if he had sold out already and he told me because I’m a regular I would get the ONLY 30pack sale he would make! Hallelujah🙏🏿 and thank you to Mr Patel for taking such great care of his local community customers 🫡”

“I have been inside this liquor store. I actually dont drink but I buy my aunt cigarettes and buy my gatorade there', etc. This is run by a hard working family! This establishment, has been there through a lot in this area. The mother, father and son all work there. They've been nothing but kind and understanding. I have a walker and occasionally use a scooter. They are thoughtful and considerate. I go in just to say hi and grab a few Gatorades or iced teas. They also have a little bit of everything. I just want to let them know they're appreciated ? ? Namasté. I only took off one star because there's no ramp for me to get inside easily. On the other hand they're great at helping me out. Actually, many of their customers are quite considerate as well. I've had lots of help from the locals. I'm happy they're here!”
“MGM of Whately has excellent breakfast sandwiches (highly recommend the Diesel delight), great selection of Boarhead's meats, and there is a great selection of local products and alcoholic beverages as well. “I’ve been there several times over a time frame of 2+ years. I have found the staff friendly and always willing to provide assistance. Since Covid19, I was very comfortable about the changes made, the properly masked employees and I always felt the store clean. For a small local liquor store I didn’t feel the prices unreasonable, felt there was a good selection and in some very fine wines, an excellent price. They are local, clean, Covid19 compliant, friendly and fair to excellent on their prices. A good place to shop that keeps me coming back.”

“Very large gas station with selection of foods made to order at grill and deli counter, tables and chairs to sit at and large selection of food ready made in deli cases,seafood salad, macaroni salad, egg salad and fried chicken dinner, Roast beef grinders etc. It had large selection of snacks and drinks. It had an area with liquor for sale which was sectioned off. It was very clean and well lit. The staff were very nice and courteous.”
“Brand new building completely renovated. I've always liked Jim's even when they weren't brand new and renovated. But now my son works there so of course I love it even more now. ? The business owner is a very nice man who owns many things in town and possibly out of town. From day care places, a gas station, to variety stores, apartment buildings and package stores. Highly recommend any of them. Friendly and helpful staff at all. Also card about his staff that have been with him for many years at several locations. Thanks.”

“Came across The Spirit Shoppe when I was hunting down a specific wine my wife had on a recent vacation as a very last-minute gift. I live >100 miles away from the store but saw they stocked the wine, so I placed an online order to have some shipped overnight to reach in time for a birthday celebration. The team went above and beyond with getting everything packed up and to a FedEx drop point to make sure I received the shipment overnight and in time for the party. A huge thank you to them! If that's the customer service they give someone for online orders, I can only imagine the quality of service their local customers receive. “The worker (Owner?) was super pleasant, I was looking for a small amount of alcohol to go in a recipe. I explained that I was just making a cake, but doing a test run, so I only needed the 3 TBS it called for. This cake was one my son has been very excited to get, but it's complicated, and I wanted to see how things went a few times first. The store didn't have the nips of what I needed, but he suggested that I get the next size up if I'm going to be baking this more than once; that would save me money in the long run, and I wouldn't have to run out every time to buy more alcohol before I begin. Which is an excellent point, he had me there- an excellent salesman!”
“Google didn't recommend this place, even though their gas was the cheapest in town. They were considered closed, check the hours. Gas was 5¢ cheaper with cash, per gallon. Inside was spacious, clean, and not sparse with spirits And snacks. Air machine outside by the sign, atm inside.”

“Family owned and operated. Reasonable prices for a small town. The owner is always very knowledgeable and accommodating. Perfect place for a small store and they have even started carrying small necessities such as Milk , Bread , Eggs and small snacks. For you're last min needs and they're hours are beyond expectation only closing a tad early on Sundays @ 8p.m , But too me that still isn't bad. All other days Mon-Thursday open 8-10 , Friday n Saturdays 9-11p.m. Ideal for last min shoppers!
